I have been impressed with Joe vocally every single time, he never fails to unimpress. He's really good. Anyone agree?

He has got a really good voice, but it's been bugging me who he sounds like.

Yesterday, I got it. It's Neil Sedaka!!! Amazingly similar at times during "Sway".

IMO he's just safe, middle of the road, reliable - in other words, he's not a star but he's not shit either. That being said, he's all the personality of a plank of wood.

I didn't think much of him at the start, but hes definitely growing on me, and is seems really lovely.

He's Mr Reliable, never singing a note out of tune. Great voice and decent look. I'd just like to see him singing something a little more current...at the moment he's striking me as a bit of a Mothers' Day album crooner

He's pure West End. Nothing more. And certainly not a 'pop' singer. He's got no stage presence at all. I can see him singing in 'Joseph' but in the charts?? I think not.

He always reminds me of Donny Osmond for some reason, though doesn't sound like him.

Joe is one of my favourites, never expected him to be as good as he is.

He's need to control that jaw. Very Leona, but worse. He's still one of the best.

I think he's great. Other than Rachel he is the only potential 'Pop Star' IMO.

nothing wrong with Donny. In fact I think he's got better with age! About Joe though, I think he's a great singer and performer and deserves to go far.

Hilary Swank has a nice voice. But he has no charisma or sex appeal. Not one bit entertaining. Should have been out before Miss Frank.

This is the X Factor, right? It's about who is very strong vocally and sounds good over a CD, not who has a nice smile.

John and Edward have 10/10 for entertainment, but I don't think that comes across on a CD. I can see Jedward becoming presenters in the future.

No, I'm not saying that, I was just alerted more by my own age in comparison to Donny and to Joe for that matter. I love them both by the way. Incidentally, Joe doesn't remind me of Donny but I can see him enjoying the same type of longevity so I see where you're coming from there.

I find afro jamie and to an extent danyll are 'same old same old' like very good voice but boring same thing every song

Now that Daniel has slipped down the pecking order, I honestly think Joe has a great chance of winning! I think his only competition is now Lloyd (for all the wrong reasons).

How can you say that I think he's got a lovely personality - very smiley, positive and likeable - and everyone says what a nice young lad he is. Just because he's not gobby and up himself like some others one could mention ......
