2 extremes - but so what?

on the one hand you have Danyl in the bottom 2.

on the other\hand you have John and Edward scoring votes.

If John and Edward won the contest, some would say it'd be a travesty.

But at the end of the day - if they did win the contest ... so what? who would be losing out?

Nobody!

maybe the viewers whose favorite goes out (eventually) while they stay in.

yes, but they wouldn't really be 'losing' anything - although they might be annoyed.

What I'm getting at here is that if J&E did win, nobody will really be any worse off, only perhaps Danyl who would lose out on sales, but as far as anyone else goes, nothing lost really.

why would danyl be the only one to lose out on sales?

Exactly. People are practically exploding about J&E staying in over others, but if they're that great; they'll do well regardless of winning, which is why I'd rather keep in acts that I actually enjoy watching.

I'm no good at maths, but there has to be some kind of odds of winning or something here. There can only be one winner, and with or without the twins, it might not be Danyl.

Only one person might lose out, and that is the person that might have won if the twins win it.

that's what i was trying to say with my post, i didn't understand why danyl would be the only act to "lose out".
