... but not started by Bhoy, so is that allowed??

I want to gauge opinion.....

Craig has the double whammy sympathy vote winner this weekend of: I wanna go to Blackpool, its my hometown, along with ITS MY BIRTHDAY TODAY!! (It will be on Saturday!!)

Do we think these two factors will will over the sympathy vote?? Or do we think the British public, with their unique sense of humour will think "Naah! We dont like pleading??"

Place yr bets....

P.S. Realised Sat is Halloween.... cue lotsa sarcy comments by Craig RH!!

I don't think it will as he has the waltz and generally that's not much of a vote attracter. The last couple of weeks he has had much more fun dances.

I actually think he wont make an issue of the birthday, he didn't seem too keen about it on ITT.

Naive maybe, but I think it will depend on his performance/level of improvement compared to other performances/lack of improvement.

Hope not... I reckon he might go this week... bummer being on his birthday, but apparently it happened with another celeb on their birthday a few series ago....

I think he'll do a decent waltz (5/6 out of 10?) and he will make Blackpool on the back of the public vote because of Blackpool and his birthday. If you asked me last week at this time, I'd have said he was next to go home.

If Craig stays at the expense of Jade, I will not be a happy bunny - and trust me, Buoy won't like me when I'm not a happy bunny.

I thought Jo was the GBP darling so was surprised to see her in the bottom two. You can never tell. All this pleading may sound like desperation and could work against him. I certainly won't vote for him if he is the worst on Sat.

I dont know I am at a loss. He was in the dance off twice and then suddenly his vote must have increased significantly and I think someone worked out that the week Zoe was in the dance off he had to have had 8 points (I think) which is a massive vote really. Hand on heart I think he might get through.

I dread to think who will be in the dance off and go home.......I agree Buddy if its Jade or Chris or Ricky G I will NOT be a happy bunny at all.

Well perhaps you should start up 1000 threads to drum up support for Jade

I really hope that Craig gets through on merit - following a reasonable waltz and not on the perceived sympathy vote. However, its up to the general public and anything could happen. Its possible the wider audience won't be aware of the Blackpool campaign if they don't tune into ITT.

I don't mind if Jade doesn't win, as it was a pre-series bet, but I will mind very much if Craig stays in and Jade goes home.

OK... who might be in the dance off either WITH Craig, or in place of Craig??

I'd say Laila and chris are in imminent danger here... depends on who is the most popular with the public really... Ive noticed Tuffers slipping a bit recently (knee op excepted) although hes still v popular. Whereas Ricky G has impressed me so far, humourously or otherwise... and Nat has a big public support base I reckon...

I have a feeling Craig will get though. If Laila's doing a latin this weekend, I reckon she's toast. Even if Craig is in the dance off against her.
A waltz is going to be easier for him in the dance off than any latin will be for her.

I'd say she's just about the only contestant he could beat in a dance off at this stage. And even then, only if he was in hold and she was wasn't.

Laila isnt doing a Latin she is doing the Vienesse Waltz so I think she will be high on the board.....however as we know thats not necessarily a safe place. I would like to know if Ricky Wittle was actually in the bottom three on Saturday (I wouldnt have been suprised) Ricky G is doing the Rumba and I am fearful for him

Awww!! I love Ricky G, and I would be if Craig stayed over him!

Yes, I think Ricky W was in the botom 3.... I think he's not captured the kinda support he was expecting/hoping for.... (apart from the female vote). Technically proficent he may be but I dont find him engaging, and he's not produced any WOW dances yet....

When I watched Craig and Flavia's dance again on ITT it suddenly seemed hilarious and therefore quite entertaining. I think Buoy has worn down my resistance.

Would hate it if he stayed over the better competitors though and enough is enough now.

Interviews like this are not going to help Rickys cause.

Yes- that IS annoying! Bit condescending to the audience too IMO..... Not very wise is it??

Whenever he comes on ive got this kinda "Urrrgghh" thought in the back of my mind...

No personality plus arrogance is not a good mix!

I think I've wandered into a Hans Christian Anderson fairytale by accident - The Emperors New Clothes where no one was brave enough to admit they couldn't see his new suit except for a small child. No-one is brave enough to tell our Emperor (Craig) that he can't dance and now we're all believing he can.
