Not all Jane Asher's roles are silly ones. She was pretty good in Holby and also as the Queen Mother in that royal/palace drama series which I enjoyed immensely, though I can't remember the name of it. I wish it would come back!

I saw her in the 1970s with Tom Conte on stage in "Whose life is it anyway?" She played the doctor.

She was also in the original "Alfie".

Yes a very accomplished actress. She looks terrific [and I'm pretty sure she hasn't had any work done]. Don't think she's be a good dancer though, doesn't look like the sort or girl who would let it all hang out .. if you'll pardon the expression.

Phew !! That's too tall for Vincent (thank goodness) . If she did come on the show she could bring in some delicious cakes for their break-times !

She is about the same height as Martina Hingis- making her perfect Cutler height. And he hasn't had an older lady so she would be perfect. My only hope is is that she doesn't do a Beacham in that she doesn't dance terribly, but is penalized because of her position in the leaderboard (that happenes to all my favourites- Hingis, Beacham, DON WARRINGTON!!!!)

I'd love to see Jane in SCD next year!!! She'd look lovely in the dresses, specially the ballroom ones.
