My hunch is that the finalists will be Whittle, Bastian and Tufnell.
On the basis that Tufnell can realistically get there only by having the biggest televote (or at least one of the biggest), it follows that he is probably the likeliest winner in that scenario. |

Until you remember the rag-doll dance for Colin Jackson.

Not always Smokey!
Remember that disastrous show dance with Colin! ![]() Quote:
Are people EVER going to forgive her for that !? This was series 3....and I'm sure she's learnt from that mistake ! Erin is amazing and 9/10 gets it right imo.
![]() And, only my opinion ofcourse, but that puppet dance would probably have seen them lift the trophy in other versions of Strictly

I was desperate for Alesha to win but was convinced she wouldn't because Matt had a much bigger fanbase than him (she hadn't relaunched her singing career at that point) and Matt had the "fanciable factor"
(they say - couldn't see it myself). Plus, the judges were ludicrously kind when he forgot his steps and sat down - any other dancer (other than in the very early weeks) would have been understandably slaughtered for that, so I thought he was bound to win.Which leads me to hope that it isn't a foregone conclusion that Ricky W. will win. Personally, I find he is so competitive it puts me off - but that's just my opinion, doesn't mean he shouldn't win if he is prgressively better than Ali or the others. |

I'm hoping for Jade and Ian, but I'm not convinced of how likely this is based on her having been in the dance-off already! I'm hoping it's a Ricky W/Ali/Jade top three, as I think they're the most talented three. I do, however, think Zoe has a very good chance of making the final, as does someone like Phil or Chris. We'll see.

Plus, the comment was made in response to a claim that that choreography is always spot-on.

I'd like to see chris and Ricky G in final, but in all honesty, guess that it will be Ricky W and Ali.
Can't split between those two. |

We know Zoe and Jade don't have votes. We don't know about Ali or Ricky W. Its a fair guess that Phil does have votes but he's not as good as the winning cricketers. If Ali and Ricky can avoid each other and are saved over anyone else and the new rules still allow the one with most votes to be in the SF dance off we might get the best two to the end. There its going to depend on whether Ali has a crowd pleasing Latin and how much sex appeal Ricky W has. I think its probably over before then but it might come down to the showdance with something dynamic v something beautiful if Brian can choreograph it.
It could still be Phil v Craig though.......... |

Erin took a risk, she was creative, she showcased how well Colin was on his own. Just because Colin and Erin didnt win that year, it doesnt mean her choreography was at fault, or even that it was that dance affected the final result.

Very difficult because I like most of the contestants but so far, for me, it's Ali and Brian.

Usally by this stage I have one or two that I want to win and the rest are expendable but this year I like nearly all of them
![]() I do like Ali and Brian very much so if they won I would be happy. So I will say them. |

I personally feel that Ricky W is going to really struggle at the 2 dance stage. He says he doesnt have time to learn the ones he is doing now so 2 dances will be a killer. Anyone know when 2 dances starts by the way.

Changes week by week...
I don't think it will be Ricky W as he doesn't seem to have the public support/ popularity vote. Jade and Zoe have both been in the dance off and it remains to be seen if their supporters have now been jolted into picking up the phones to vote for them. I'd like to see Chris & Ola get it! |

Well it unfortunately depends on who has the popularity vote & does not get lumbered in a dance-off lbh.
If people were voting purely on dance talent then it should not happen but we all know every year someone good has to go cos the underdog gets sympathy votes & stays in & two bloody good competitors are up against each other. Then it's down to judges fave, what dance they get stuck with doing in the dance off & whether it suits them & if they can pull it out of the bag & not go to pieces under stress. I vote for a combination of dance talent, chemistry with their prof' partner & personality - but only in the finals. At the moment I have four front runners in no particular order, so will do it alphabetically; Ali, Jade, Ricky W & Zoe. I'm waiting for one of them to "WOW" me & become a front runner; as they are all pretty equal re thier dancing at the moment. I think Jade & Zoe I'm warming to personality wise more though recently. |
