My money's on Ali & Brian.
Personally, I'm still clinging onto the hope that either Natalie, Laila or Chris can do it, but I know it's increasingly unlikely.
If my favourites fail to make the final and Jade & Ian are still in the running, I'll be backing them.
Anyone but Zoe though - please!

Would really love it to be Jade & Ian, and I think if they can get over this week it's more of a possiblity. They're the most exotic and entertaining couple for me, Ian is reliable for great choreo and I think Jade is the only one with potential to wow in both latin and ballroom, although she's not there yet.
As the weeks go by, the sympathy voting seems to wane and the better dancers prevail, nightmare dance-off scenarios aside and there's bound to be one. I do think Ali is the most naturally talented dancer but could be a bit bland in the latin. I feel similarly towards Zoe. Of the rest of the pack, only Chris has the potential for a true journey IMO, so could get to the final yet.

Being in the dance off doesn't automatically mean they don't have the public vote, as Alesha, Matt Di, Rachel and Lisa(
) were all in the dance off and still made the final.

If memory serves me correctly - you love it when I get cross.
As much as I really want it to be Jade and Ian, I think it is more likely to be Ali & Brian, which I wouldn't actually mind that much.
If Ali can get a bit more pizzazz in the latin she can win
I like Jade and Ian best but not sure they have the support
out of the others I wouldn't mind little Chris winning

And ultimately all, except Alesha, lost! Has any winner other than Alesha been in the dance off? I would love to see Ian win it and I thought he and Jade were in with a chance till last weekend but I do think you need more than the judges admiration to win this thing. I'd still have a cheeky flutter on Tuffers although Ali and Brian are a safer bet.

We've only had the dance off since series 5, which is why I mentioned Rachel, Lisa (
) and Matt Di as examples of still being able to get to the final, even though they were in the dance off at some point.

I think Tuffers is probably too lazy to put in the time and effort to get the win.
He seems to have a bit of natural ability and he's trying enough to get through but I can see him dropping behind the pack as the competition progresses.
I have so many favourites this year I'm glad I won't be as dissapointed when my favourite doesn't win as I'm sure at least one of them will. I predict.
1st place: Ali & Brian.
2nd place: Ricky & Natalie.
3rd place: Jade/Zoe/Laila.
(Jade being most likely Laila least likely, based on support and dance ability. Would love a Laila win but sigh. I love Zoe, Ali, Natalie and Jade this year so not bothered who wins!)

I would love either Jade or Ali to win but think Ali will just have the edge. Partly because of her fabulous ballroom technique and partly because of Brian's creative and fresh choreography.
Jade is immensely exciting to watch though and last weeks samba is probably my favourite ever.

By this time last year, we'd had two of my favourites dances from SCD6 – Austin and Erin's jive and Cherie and James' rumba. This year I haven't been that excited about anything I've seen. Sure, there have been good ones - Jade and Ian's samba, Ali and Brian's American Smooth, Zoe and James' rumba - but nothing that's blown me away.
There are four celebs with strong technical ability - Ali, Ricky W, Zoe and Jade; and four with big personalities - Natalie, Phil, Chris and Ricky G. Plus Laila - whose latin is her weak spot so far - and Craig, who's yet to master either ballroom or latin. Obviously Zoe and Jade are struggling with public support at the moment, but it is possible that could change, so I wouldn't rule them out just yet. I suspect this weekend's dance-off will reveal more ...
At present, I would say that Ali is the most likely winner in scoring on both technical ability and personality. However, if Ricky G or Chris get their acts together and go on a bit more of a - wait for it - journey (sorry!), then they could easily be contenders, too.
