Hi guys,

Have any of you purchased anything from Orchard Digital

Reason I ask is I ordered an Mp3 player from them 2 weeks ago, which supposed to be dilivered within 2-3 days! They have taken the money out of my bank for the Mp3 player! I have emailed repeatedly & phoned and left messages but I get no reply!

If anyone has had any dealings with them and had trouble.
How did you rectify your problem with them?

I haven't had any dealings with Orchard Digital but I can offer you a few suggestions;

1) Try a registered-post snailmail to them.

2) Assuming you paid online by credit card talk to your card company.

3) The site is registered with; Trust UK, Shopsafe and Thwaite. Any of which should be interesed in your case.

4) Your local trading standards office.

Bear in mind that your parcel may actually be in the post so be polite!
