Have any of the professional dancers ever made mistakes in the dances?

Talking of Brendan (or his female alter ego ), surely...surely...he must've gone wrong his show dance with Lisa?

I mean no one could choreograph a move which finished with the lady being carried into a Christmas tree? And then the lifts. It just...it couldn't have been as planned.

The lifts One of them looked like a strong man failing to pick up the weights - ally oop, wobble.

Mistakes galore - must have been. I can't believe it was meant to look THAT bad.

The other lift I have in mind is when he's on his back and Lisa falls on top of him. I think he was supposed to support her and then lower her gently, but he appeared to collapse straight away.

Do you think someone forgot his Ready Brek that morning?

At the end of their American Smooth Vincent nearly drops Rachel.

I'm not sure whether it would be classed as a "mistake" but I had to feel for Rachel at the end of the showdance last series when Vincent (who admitted it) flung her too hard and she almost headbutted the floor as a result.

At the end of their last competitive dance, too.

In a latin pro dance, Anton forgot the choreography, and a queue of male dancers formed up behind him with nowhere to go. How did that end?

Anton has made a mess of EVERY latin dance he's done this year. He was woeful in the jive and clearly out of time last week too.

I think it was so "unatural" throughout the routine, that it was so consistantly "odd" it had to be planned; maybe whilst drunk or as part of a dare, but still planned.

He nearly dropped Louisa once or twice aswell if I remember.

I am never going to recover from the shock of that show dance if people keep posting about it - please, have some sympathy for the easily distressed!

It's been nearly a year now Buddy, we should all be able to watch it by now and marvel at his inavative choreography choices. Think of it as the turning point in Brenda's attitude towards SCD - without that defining moment he might not have been the sweet, considerate (yet still Craig moaning) professional he was this year.

Just in case

You are right and in fact whilst you were writing your post I took the plunge and watched the very clip you gave me a link to - there's hope for me yet!

Totally off topic, but when I was on YT I found this clip of Lisa doing the Special K ad and I think it sounds like Craig Kelly is doing the voice over !

What do you think?

It does

So he now does voice overs, acting and dancing .

(and in my opinion does none of the three very well )

Or I could just look him up on the internet and find out via his website that

Craig is one of the UK’s most prolific voiceover artists, voicing the likes of Channel 4’s Shipwrecked and BBC’s The Real Hustle as well as multiple commercials, trailers and programmes.
So it probably is him

The pros tend not to fall over much or glaze over during a routine.

Their worst errors lie in choreography or music choice. That can do their celeb a major disservice. If a pro did go badly wrong I think they might even get a lot of public support.

Erin's sudden hair-loss was great. Costume mishaps there have been aplenty!

Indeed they were only talking about when Lilia's strap broke during her samba with Darren Gough the other night.
