How do I stop buffing when watching SKY player or BBC iplayer.

Assuming you mean "buffering", try watching at different times of the day to see if it's just down to your internet speed. If it works OK during, say, a Sunday afternoon, but not on a monday evening, then that's a reasonable hint that there's little you (or BBC or Sky) can do about it. I'm not sure if either "player" will buffer a lot up if you pause the stream for a minute then start playing, but it's worth a try.
