Is there anything else they shouldn't be allowed to do? I'm so glad the planet should bow to your moral values. Oh, and who decides who is a public figure, when do they become deemed public figures,why, and how? Is Brooklyn Beckham, for example, just because his parents are the most famous couple on the planet?
P.S. - I'm not a fan of smoking either, but they are both intelligent adults and allowed to do what they want.

Hubby and I smoked for nearly 30 years and gave up thanks to the NHS quit line, 10 yars ago.
Since then we have gained and lost 3 stones and had every virus and bug going! I swear the fag stink kept them away.

I don't think they do either in a public way - they are not walking around with a fag in their hands all the time.
I feel sorry for them if they are adicted, who knows how it will effect them in the future. I had an aunt who had emphysems, and she had a very miserable few years before her death, as did my F in law who had cancer, lung removed etc.
Let him who is without sin cast the first stone (I am feeling biblical this morning!!!) . Going by that saying I can't cast anything!!!!
