There's nothing wrong with the format, only with the idiots watching it.
Gobsmacked I was at the two couples that were left. Pity Len could have refused to send anyone home this evening as unless you were wearing a blindfold it was patently obvious the group of couples who should contest the dance off.
James has good reason to be upset you can dance out of your socks and still be in the dance off as he has proved twice.

I hope Craig feels very guilty, he should have gone home weeks ago. Tonight was a disgrace, two of the best dancers in the dance off. Because Craig pleads to be allowed to go to Blackpool.
SCD is supposed to be a dance competition , neither Ali or Zoe have pleaded to be saved each week unlike Natalie and Craig.
I am disheartened by tonight and by a public who would rather keep soap stars who cannot dance in the competition at the expense of real dancers.

I agree Zoe outperformed Ali, but wasnt surprised the judges ignored that. I dont think it was anything to do with the injury though, as Len has told both Phil and Ricky W, they can't take injuries into consideration

Maybe if some of the poor dancers were not over praised and over marked by such as Len then the public might not be swayed to vote for some of the pleaders eg "Oooooooh

Some of her routines have actually been quite hard so if she has made them look simple then that is a good thing.
Ali isn't guaranteed at least 20 every week but she is one of the best dancers in the show so its pretty unlikely she is going to get a bad score.

Agree as well. That's the show. I thought it was a very predictable result actually. Craig Kelly would get the votes for the WELL-KNOWN reasons. Ricky and Erin were, IMO, underscored. Nathalie seems very popular as are Chris and Tuffers, so that left Zoe and Ali, in this case.
The show was due an upset and voila. I do feel sorry for James that he's drawn the short straw in that upset twice now.

Ali is the only celeb who can realistically challenge Ricky Whittle, so they had to save her.
And, I don't undertstand why people are surprised that Zoe and James were in the dance off, for a number of reasons.

I expect Craig does feel guilty but why should be. He was voted in fairly and squarely.

Don't forget that the final is down to the public and if they don't like Rickey W he won't win. Look at last year. Mind you I was glad Tom won.

The audience like a sense a of fair play.
That Zoe and Ali both received a 9 for their fairly pedestrian routines will have put a lot of people off voting for them I think.

YES YES YES! My thoughts exactly. She was a competent dance, but she was not as goos as Ricky W, Ali Laila ballroom) & Jade.
She did not deserve to leave this week, but I believe her departure is a result of the judges bias toward her dancing. The GBP probably thought she was safe due to the high praise she always receive.
Another factor could be her & James are both "hard faced", nice people who have severe faces.
You know the only disgrace, in my opinion, is Len rubbishing the voter's choice and insulting the other contestants to boot.
Not that I can get too worked up about it, he comes out with the same line at some point during every series Ive seen :yawn:
