They've been playing this all week on Kiss. I really like it but only heard the 'edited' version as I doubt they're allowed to play the uncut one on BamBams breakfast show

I've not heard it uncut at any time on any radio staion here. Although all the stations are playing Rock Your Body, Rock which has the f-word in it.

I think all sentimental value it contained it suddenly lost when he begins to swear. I don't have a problem usually but in songs that are meant to mean things, random swearing just seems pointless.
Sounds a bit rnb pop too.

Its a fairly slow song Mr Blonde.
Ive had the song (un-edited version) for about a week now, and its damn good. If yo look at my past posts in the 'what are you listening to to right now' you'll see that I have posted it there. Also, his ex girlfriend, Frankee (whom the song is supposed to be about has hit back with her own version of the song, titled F.U.R.B F*uck U Right Back. And it is very very funny, unfortunatly I can't find the un-edited version of it but the lyrics are:Oh oh oooh no no no (You know there's two sides to every story) See I don't know why you cryin' like a b*tch talkin' sh*t like a snitch why you write a song 'bout me if you really didn't care you wouldn't wanna share tellin' everybody just how you feel f*ck What I did, was your fault somehow f*ck the presents, I threw all that sh*t out don't go cryin' you didn't mean jack well guess what yo, f*ck you right back f*ck what I did was your fault somehow f*ck the presents,I threw all that sh*t out don't go cryin' you didn't mean jack well guess what yo, f*ck you right back You thought you could really make me moan I had better sex all alone (ha ha ha ha) I had to do your friend now you want me to come back you must be smokin' crack Im goin' else where and thats a fact F*ck all those nights I moaned real loud f*ck it, I faked it, aren't you proud? f*ck all those nights you thought you broke my back well guess what your, your sex was wack F*ck all those nights I moaned real loud f*ck it,I faked it, i'll rent you out f*ck all those nights you thought you broke my back well guess what your, your sex was wack whoa whoa uh uh yea whoa whoa uh uh yea whoa whoa uh uh yea whoa whoa uh uh yea You questioned did I care maybe I would howl if you wanna come to me now it's over but I do admit i'm glad I didn't catch your crabs I can't swear bad cause I got to go f*ck What I did, was your fault somehow f*ck the presents, I threw all that shit out don't go cryin' you didn't mean jack well guess what yo, f*ck you right back Oh yeah, you can check out Eamon's site here http://www.eamondoyle.com |

Yes, because they are foreign... Lots of foreigners don't understand the severity of some English swear-words which is why they are left in.
Just like if some French bird released a song with the line "Je veux t'encoule" it would pass most Brits by unnoticed. DP (Who thinks he's f*cked his French grammar up but at 11.30PM on a nightshift, couldn't give a toss!!) |

I've not heard it and I dont want to.
Swearing in swongs is just a desperate attempt to gain exposure and it really isn't needed if you have any real understanding of the language you speak. What a coincidence it's r'n'b |

What a coincidence it's r'n'b For what it's worth, I wouldn't class it as R'n'B at all, not that I think music should be pigeon-holed. If you've not heard the song, then you don't know whether it's a "desperate attempt" to gain exposure or whether it is totally justified. How people get off on commenting on songs they've not heard is beyond me! At the end of the day, this is a song about a guy whose girlfriend has been cheating on him. I'm not sure how the people on here would react to such an event but I can assure you the words "F**k you you hoe, I don't want you back" would emminate from my mouth at some point! This isn't a lack of understanding of the language I speak, this is understanding the true force of an appropriately used expletive and an expression of sheer anger. There's a difference. I'm not one for swearing all over the shop, and am not a fan of Eminem for much the same reason, but swearing in context is fine IMO and this is context. And to be honest, I'd rather have kids listening to "F**k all those kisses, that didn't mean jack" than, for instance, the delightful "I can't describe the vibe I get when I drive by 6 people and 5 I hit" from D12/Eminem. But yet, this Eamon song is the one that causes most uproar. Absolute nonsense |
