Any ideas who is doing what next week - the only one we know Laila and Anton are doing paso.

Any ideas on the others- I'll venture that Cola are doing either waltz or VW

Chris - waltz, vw, foxtrot/paso, samba
Okay, the following are the dances they have left...
Jade - tango, as/rumba, paso, jive
Phil - foxtrot, as/rumba, paso, jive
Ricky G - vw, tango, qs/salsa,samba
Ricky W - tango, foxtrot, as/ccc, jive
Ali - vw, tango, foxtrot/ccc,samba
Laila - waltz, as/rumba, paso, salsa
Natalie - waltz, qs, foxtrot/rumba, samba
Craig - vw, as/ccc, paso, salsa

Assuming that they're going to do one from the discipline they have the most dances remaining in and that no 2 couples will dance the same dance, we're left with the following possibilities:

Chris - waltz, vw, foxtrot
Jade - rumba, jive
Phil - rumba, jive
Ricky G - vw, tango, qs
Ricky W - tango, foxtrot, as
Ali - vw, tango, foxtrot
Laila - paso
Natalie - waltz, qs, foxtrot
Craig - ccc, salsa

Ian has tweeted that he and Jade are jiving next week !!!!!!! eeeekkkk a tall girl jiving standby for all the tall girl comments...

If Phil does rumba he'll get slated by the judges. But no worries because the public won't like that and will keep him safe.

alright. What if he's not doing rumba and still gets kept in, he might have to do it the following week. he has to do the dances in the order given to him. I hope he'll be fine. I'm guessing he won't but you can't call it a 'waste of space' until it's happened

The rumba. I just hate it. I don't want to see men leering lasciviously at scantily-clad women whilst posturing and posing (as Len would say).

I don't think I have ever enjoyed watching a rumba.

I think Ricky G did very well tonight. I like Tuffers but he is not the greatest dancer and I don't want to see his rumba.

I think Vinthenth can rumba and not look odious but that's about it.

Me too and if 99.99% of males feel uncomfortable doing it - why bother?
I'm sure there are plenty of other Latin choices out there where we won't be cringing with empathy regardless of the performance.

Or Foxtrot

If Ricky W has to do Ballroom it will be the American Smooth with Craig having the Cha Cha or Salsa.
If Latin it's Cha Cha which gives Craig the Salsa.

I was hoping Jade would have the rumba. I really hope this doesn't result in her being in the dance off again. I think Jade and Ian have been given possibly their most difficult latin, and Laila and Anton have an easier latin, than if they had the salsa. Which I strongly suspect they will leave for a two dance week, if they are still in the comp.

Tuffers is definitly a rumba (from Katya's twitter).

Bruce said the pros and celebs are doing a group dance on Saturday too......thats seriously going to stretch some of them learing 2 dances.

There's a lot of latin on these lists - surely it would be fairly evenly split across latin/ballroom?
