Even the reactions from Flavia seemed somewhat forced tonight, and it was no wonder she looked so surprised and shocked when they were saved. Did you see her hand action behind Craig's back? It was like, how, why?

I dont know, maybe its just me but I felt Bruno was right for once when he said Craig cant dance. Hopefully he'll be out next week seeing as he got his wish granted..

Atleast John Sergeant knew he couldnt dance, but I really feel as if Craig thinks he's good at dancing!

*Backs out slowly and goes and hide*..

I have never said this about a contestant before but I really really hate him! Not because I don't think he's a nice person, don't know cause I've never met him. But his desperation and delusion is sooo annoying and I want to slap him with a hundred wet fishes! Please stop voting for him you strange people!

Why does he have to be naive or full of himself ... or as some people post elsewhere, ashamed to be still on the show?

The BBC signed him up to be on a dance entertainment show. Each week he does what he's paid to do: trains, dances the best he can, gets told he's rubbish by the judges and the public decide if they want to keep him or not. None of what happens, bar the training and dancing, is in his hands. This week he danced the first dance which didn't actually make me cringe a little in embarrassment for him. So well done to him for that. If he stays or not each week, I couldn't care less. But I don't think the bloke needs to feel anything but happy to stay, like everybody else who does.

Naive? Maybe not.

I mean sure, people on here find it incredibly annoying when Craig says his dancing is good. But we were never going to vote for him anyhow.

Meanwhile, it annoys all the judges, which ensures they lose their rag and are mean to him, which gets him the sympathy vote.

[No, I don't really believe it either, but still...]

I don't particularly think he's naive or full of himself. But for the last couple of weeks he has been blinkered. What I mean by that is that he's been so focused on the B word and getting there that he didn't really care how he got there or at the expense of who. I hope that changes next week because that bottom 2 this week probably has to be the most controversial in 7 series but having said what I've said, I've put the bottom 2 situation in there because that is something Craig isn't responsible for in any way shape or form.

If I were Criag I'd be feeling really guilty about now! Facts show that until he started blathering on about Blackpool he was highly unpopular and in the bottom 2, 2 weeks running. He has knowingly manipulated the public into feeling sorry for him at the expense of better dancers. surely it's time to just (in the words of Aerosmith) shut up and "dance" and stop the emotional blackmail!

I think he is delusional

If he said he knew he wasn't very good but was trying his best and loved it all etc I would be ok, but he seems to think he is good!

I honestly think he thinks that the public are voting for him because of his dancing...stop encouraging him!!!!!

I totally agree with you, as I have said pretty much the same on another thread.

Perhaps we can get a discount if we buy tin hats together.

I prefer to see him as an optimist with a positive outlook which is quite refreshing. I much prefer a "can do" person to "what if I can't?" type. His dancing isn't that bad!

Bit of both. I have never known poor Flavia to be this quiet.

If that is the case then more fool the public for voting for him on that basis. Maybe just like last year the public are sick of the judges banging on about certain dancers who the public clearly don't like either (Zoe would be one of those). I don't vote cos tbh I don't really care that much this year (it hasn't gripped me like previous years) but maybe the public are just warming to him as opposed to responding to emotional blackmail. He is an amusing chap when being interviewed, a tryer on the dance floor and at least is giving it a good go despite his lack of talent. Much prefer that to the bland insipidness of Ricky W.

have you had an eye test this year? his dancing isn't just bad it's cringeworthy! Bruno is completely right. To be fair his waltz probably was the best dance he has done but it also the easiest dance. next week he will be slipping back to the teens.

That's a really good point, I had completely forgotten about the fact that he was in dance-offs when there were worse dancers around. You're right it would seem that his current popularity is down to shameless begging. wow!

By the way I also loved your earlier comment about the "wet fish" and "strange people"

In your opinion of course - which you are entitled to.

I find him quite entertaining - but then as you say my difference of opinion to your own is obviously down to eye sight. Thank you for your suggestion. I will make an appointment on Monday.
