I hope someone might be able to help. I had a problem with wireless on my router, tried all the usual things to fix it with no success so tech support (eventually) tried to help and went through the "easy set up" on the router. In doing this it seems to have knocked my TV service out and still didnt fix the wireless problem (which I managed to fix myself later).

Technical Support advised me to change the router settings from IPoEoA to PPP - perhaps this is the problem?

Is your router the Thomson Speedtouch or the Siemens router?

Oh and if you've not done so already I'd suggest posting in the Tiscali TV support forum at http://www.tiscali.co.uk/forums - usually gets a quick response from one of their team.
