Was it just me or did they absolutely murder 'Love, Sex and Magic'? They've been unusually good this series, but this particular song was wayy off!

Thoughts?

PS: Apart from that, one of my fav dances ever..

Not as bad as screaming through Ali's week 1 Waltz.

That still rings in my ears , it was spectacularly awful

Cant say I noticed it during Matts dance , I was far too busy watching Matt and Aliona sizzle

Watched it again, with every intention of concentrating on the singing

Failed again, just can't take my eyes off the dancing

I can't agree more. Pity we couldn't have been treated to the actual performance by Ciara and Justin Timberlake. I bet their singing and moves would have been an amazing combination with Aliona and Matthew's dance routine, and well worth having instead of the boring Bee Gees; they were overrated, IMO.

I thought the singers made a really good job of "Love,Sex,Magic" last night ........in fact i haven't heard them really murder any songs this year and thought they may have changed a female singer.

I think that female singer was the one doing James & Zoe's final dance song. I find her voice especially grating. But I don't think we've heard as much of her for the last two weekends, thankfully.

I think if the singers had as many takes as necessary in a recording studio and the recording was doctored afterwards, they'd be a lot closer to the original.

That would be comparing like with similar.
