Watch out for Jade coming up on the rails!

They're only ahead on ability. And that means very little...

Absolutely.

Jade's the one to watch.

She's overtaken Ali and his hot on Ricky's heels!

Evening gorgeous

But will Jade get the votes? She leaves me cold...

I just said on another thread, I think Jade will win, she's a great dancer, room for improvement, nice relationship with Ian, Ian is popular, her support has obviously grown since her dance off.

Hey you

That's a good point. I found Jade a bit aloof at the start but I'm gradually warming to her and can appreciate how much she has improved in both disciplines.

I certainly prefer her to someone like Ali whose dancing (with the exception of the American Smooth) has left me unmoved.

I sense that none of the girls this year are as popular as the likes of Chris, Tuffers and Ricky G.

Sorry for rambling on - I don't think I actually answered your question!

I didn't like Jade to begin with, but I think she's grown on me.

I'm hopeful that Jade's sojourn into the bottom two may have done something to alert her supporters. Of course it may be a false dawn (a la Zoe and James) but I'd like to believe that viewers are starting to realise that Jade may just be the best bet this series has for a winner who can dance and who also has a little more personality than something grown on a wet flannel.

I think Ian brings out a fun side to Jade. I'm just hoping she gets through the Jive. Being an athlete though she's used to controlling her limbs (that's what they say about tall people and the Jive isn't it), she's certainly got lots of energy, i've got good vibes about it

I'd be happy for either Ali, Jade or Ricky W to win, I think they are all really really fantastic!

Means nothing... dont forget Mr Personality Goughy beat the dancer Colin Jackson.. anything is possible. I would write any of the others off!

No it's not a two horse race although Ricky W and Ali have the greatest potential. Chris and Jade are contenders. I don't think Jade will win but Chris just might.

I totally agree. The only thing I hope for is that IF Ricky W makes the final, Natalie doesn't have an "Erin" moment and forgets the final is about entertaining the public with the showdance, and not showing off to the judges!

I actually don't agree it's a one horse, or even two horse race. Yes, Ricky is a fabulous dancer, but SCD is also about "the journey" and I think both Chris and Jade have the potential to be the journey people. Jade in particular is coming along quite nicely. We've seen her have "proper" tantrums about her dances and now seems to be calming down and turning into some very good performances. Chris is just adorable and all he needs now is one really good performance for him to cement his place into the semi final/final.

I think Ali is looking doubtful for the final.

Jade is a better all rounder - good at ballroom and latin.

I'm just more comfortable watching Jade dance - she really gets into it! Ali makes beautiful lines but never convinces. Smiling through a Paso? Sacrilege! (I know some of you may say she was grimacing with pain but I'm not convinced!)

I would like Ricky to be in the final though. Part of me would like to see Natalie there too but I don't think that would happen.

So I'd be happy with a Ricky/Chris/Jade final.

This is purely a matter of taste. I like Jade's dancing but I'd rather watch Ali. I would also say that Jade is better at ballroom.

When I look back and remember Ali, I'm sure it will be as a fumbling, stumbling bag of unrealised potential. She has more in common with Craig than Ricky W, i.e. both she and Craig make me nervous for them when I watch them dance.

Don't kid yourself!

Neither have particularly strong popular support - witness Ali in the dance-off this week. And Ricky-bot needs to work on his personality skills - how long before he takes a place in the dance-off? He's all set to become this year's Rachel Stevens ...

It is becoming clear that Ricky G, Natalie, Chris and Phil have significant public support - all of them have been in the middle of the leader board yet not ended up in the dance-off once. They all need to raise their game technically, but have much stronger personalities than the judges' favourites.

I am keeping my fingers crossed for Jade - I just hope she doesn't suffer the way Zoe did this week.
