As all the towns of this country are switching there Christmas Lights on this week do you think Blackpool may let Craig switch on theres as he is now becoming there most famous son.

I know it was mentioned at the Craig Kelly Parade last week

Don't mind, as long as his lights are switched off at the end of the show

The Illuminations are only getting turned off the day after Strictly comes to town, and the Christmas lights don't get lit till a fortnight later.

So I'm guessing that the answer is a big fat no.

And a post-post Google tells me that some X Factorist from last year is doing the honours. Laura White, that's her.

Bhoy, are you looking forward to seeing him in the new drama starting Thursday?

As long as they rig the switch to give him a huge bolt of electricity which might actually invigorate his dancing somewhat.....it did wonders for Frankensteins Monster.

I think his number one fan Bhoy should do the honours, as a reward for all his sterling efforts as head of the Craig Kelly Fan Club.

The lights are always on in New York but not always in the bakery

If Craig was asked to switch on Blackpool`s lights he would probably end up plunging the town into darkness.
