P900 Questions

I've just a few P900 questions:

1. Is it possible to have SMS delivery report setting set to 'ON' for all messages? It looks like you have to enable that option for every message you send.

2. When the phone is on charge is it possible to lock the keypad? I can't find a way to do this. The option disappears when phone is on charge.
