Rachel's picks to win—any surprises?
Asked who she wants to win, Rachel told the Star: “Joe, Stacey, The Twins, Afro or Olly.”
Since she's previously stated she was best mates with Joe, I reckon this is her preferred order. She rates J&E higher than I would have guessed. (She also confirmed stories about the quarrel between Danyl and Stacey.) |

Interesting how she leaves out Danyl and Lucie. I cant believe the public fell for Simons good PR campaign for Danyl this week. Too many people have left that house saying he is a bully for there not to be some truth in it. I never warmed to Lucie either.
I want Danyl gone this week. Its plainly obvious that Cheryl and Dannii cant bear the sight of him and Louis has already branded him a bully. |

She leaves out Lloyd, too. There was some bad and awkward body language between the two of them on that stage after the sing offs. She didn't want him touching her at all.

Danyl to go this week.
![]() The judges, apart from Simon, can't stand him, and nor can I. It's beginning to ring true about all these stories of him bullying, and he's gone too far now, if true, a bully should NEVER succeed IMO. Nasty piece of work. |

As I've had it confirmed (and some more) by two people who work behind the scenes, I'm glad someone in front has had the nerve to talk about it. Quote:

![]() The judges, apart from Simon, can't stand him, and nor can I. I've seen Simon when he genuinely has affection for a contestant, regard for their outstanding talent and appreciation for them as nice people, and the spark is not there with Danyl. Simon is going through the motions of someone who hates losing. Danyl was a just a project that went wrong. |

Aww, I hope Stacey wins. I can't stand Danyl anymore... I feel sorry for him, because it seems a lot of the nation who usually loved him now hate him. (Me being part of that) But still, meh. He sucks. Team Minogue to win this year!! Still can't believe Rachel went over Lloyd. WHAT THE HELL?! Lloyd never was one of the better singers. If anything, his sore throat made his performance memorable. The only one, at that. He's crap! He should have been the first one out, imo.

People have ears and eyes and most of them have their own mind. Very few actually fell for or agreed with Simon's comment in the audition. In fact, many were angered by it. I can't wait for his elimination so that the real feedback can start filtering out. |

But on the DS interview she says this: Quote:
What's your take on the tabloid stories about Danyl?
"Danyl is such a lovely man, really. He's just a normal bloke and he's not arrogant or anything like that, he's just Danyl. Either you like him or you don't, and I think he's great. He just enjoys what he does and he's a cool guy, everyone likes him in the house, he's lovely. People are getting him wrong now, but he's cool." |

Danyl now needs to concentrate on his performances as he is unlikely to change the perception that he is unlikeable. His rare talent is his only weapon now and he should use it to the full. |

So a quarrel between Stacy and Danyl somehow means Danyl is a bully. How ecactly does that work?

Here's another thing too, maybe Danyl and Stacey don't get on but that doesn't automatically make the man a bully.
How do we know she is not a nasty piece of work? Just because she is a bit gormless doesn't also mean she is naturally a victim. Many people might legitimately ask why she isn't taking care of her child and if she is sensitive about it she shouldn't be there. No single contestant can be allowed to ban newspapers or any talk of what the papers are saying about them just because it pulls on their conscience. People were saying this past week that Danyl needs to ignore the papers and pull himself together but I very much doubt that he would have tried to have the others not mention or read about what was going on. Who does she think she is, playing the imperious diva. |

Well I am sorry but she lives in a house with many others and they shouldn't have to tip toe around because Madam Stacey is not feeling good about herself. If she's so bothered about her family arrangments she should go home and sort herself out. Setting out restrictions for others to follow strikes me as playing the Diva. |

The story revolves around her guilt at leaving her baby and wanted all discussion and papers nowhere near her.

Rachel came across really well on studio five last nite. She really praised the twins and sid they have every rite to be there. She said they work really hard and are lovely boys. She is very good griends with joe. I find it quite telling that she left Danyl and Lucie out. I cant take to either of them.

I'm surprised she left Lucie out. She and the other two girls seemed quite close.
To leave out Lloyd Lucie and Danyl but to include the twins speaks volumes. Rachel I know you're only saying what you think but I expected better from you. It comes across extremely bitchy. I hope she didn't mean it that way. |

Since when has Lucie been rumoured to have a difficult personality. She comes across as the most likeable in the house to me,So what if her and rachel werent close it doesnt mean lucie wasnt nice. |

Also, I think she's very like Joe. Sort of blends into the background until they start to sing, with similar smiley personalities (at least that's what I get from the live show). Yet so many more like Joe and dislike Lucie, even though Lucie has attacked so many different songs and styles and pulled them all off, whereas Joe sings samey songs all the time. Maybe gender comes into it then. Girls like Stacey because she's cute and endearing. Maybe they don't see her as a "threat". Lucie perhaps gets less praise because she's so good and maybe a little more serious than Stacey. Don't know, just trying to understand why people aren't getting Lucie. |
