Vodafone Contract?

I've bought a Samsung Tocco Ultra on a vodafone contract
(well ordered on sunday and got it yesterday)
but they have not set up the Direct Debit and i've signed up to the Vodafone Bill thing but can't find out any of My account details

anyone know when they take the first direct debit payment?

usualy 6-8 weeks after set up, it will be for a month and a bit

New customers are now on anniversary billing i think, so first bill will come soon.
