I suspect they might pick up votes from Lloyd fans, and it doesn't look like he's got long to go.

I'd predict alot of the Lloyd vote might split between the twins and Joe.

I agree no way would I vote as a hate option, if I did not like anyone in the final I would not vote for them just so they beat J&E, as they are my 2nd fav I will as long as my fav is not against them.

So lets take J&E out of this, if my fav makes final three but comes third what you think I would vote for one of the two left standing just cos I hated the other one, hardly... sorry dont get that idea at all. So what you are saying is all J&E haters will pick up the phone and vote for an act they also dont like.. whats the point of wasting money like that.

You could be right but where are all these thousands of Lloyd fans with him being in the bottom 2, and from my understanding Joe was down the bottom half as well... which makes me think it is not the tweenies alone voting for Jeward, as I am not a tweenie far from it, and I am not backing them if my fav goes to pee off Simon either.

If they're polling 25% at the moment, that would put them in an excellent position for a top 3 finish. The thing that could undo them is if the votes of the other eliminated acts fail to go in their direction.....that is the big unknown.

You have to realise though that alot of people don't vote at all apart from the final, most of the voting takes place then. It's not about a hate vote, people like to pick up and vote in the final they will vote in greater numbers for the other acts.

Is that really true, that most voting takes place on final night or that more people place more votes? so in fact not MORE PEOPLE but more mutiple voting?

I think it's a bit of both, some people will only vote in the final and then dedicated fans will go mad and multi-vote.

I don't see many polls, but they're definitely getting more media coverage than ever before. The Danyl phenomenon reached terminal absurdity with his mum setting the matter of his purported bullyhood to rights, and since then J&E have near cornered the market on X-Factor photos and articles. Every day a new big name comes to the fore endorsing them. If it's Monday it's Britney, then Tuesday rolls around and hullo David Cameron. It's crazy!

Anyone know of any other online X Factor polls around? Just wondering if this dominance is universal.

Are Jedward becoming an unstoppable force? ”

I really don't know as I am trying to stay away from polls this year. I just cannot be bothered with them.

However they might well be topping all the polls.

It's funny 'cos I remember in the early days of this series, the forum was about 98% anti-J+E. It wasn't until about Week 1 that everyone began to love them. (after the shows couldn't be edited )
