Rachel was a very good singer who paid the price for her past. I must admit I wasn't keen on the whole idea of her being there but I'm not going to criticise or detract from her talent.

Danyl doesn't even have that redeeming feature. He's nothing more than average and would be sung off the planet by Rachel.

As far as I'm concerned seriously hurting people is seriously hurting people. It doesn't have to be physical and often psychological scars last much longer than physical.

What does his profession have to do with it? What if he were a doctor? Would we definitely have to trust him them?

Nobody on the panel told Rachel she was unlikeable as far as I can remember. But I agree that the attacks on Rachel by the public were equally despicable. It makes you feel sad for the human race really.

I wonder why? Do you believe that people with a past should pay for the rest of their lives instead of trying to better themselves?

As for Danyl - do you think he has less right to be in the show than Lloyd for example? I mean Lloyd is hardly setting the world on fire with his vocals, yet I don't see people criticising him for being in the show. I can't believe really how judgemental some of you are TBH.

Oh so true.

So turn it around for a moment. Assume that you are in fact incorrect, and that Danyl is just a normal bloke, with friends and family, a teacher who just happens to want to sing for a living. That all this bullying/arrogant/whatever stuff is untrue.
Is what you mention above, not exactly what is happening to this young man?

Ok, you are fairly sure in your convictions. You think, for whatever reason, that he is horrible to people.

So are you. As far as I am concerned, you are an arrogant bully. I will now go and say so to everyone I meet, and no matter how many people tell me you are actually the exact opposite, I will NOT believe them and continue saying the same.

No smoke without fire?
Are you now what I say you are, especially when all the people that rate what I have to say will follow along with that?

Of course not! Its rubbish!

If you don't think that hurting people is good, then start with leading by example.
