Just read on teletext that he doesn't rate the twins - but he thinks some of the other acts are 'quite good ' in other words he doesn't watch the show but wants to be seen to be 'down with de kids' Now that Cameron has come out in favour of them - could it be that the next election will be fought on the issue of the twins Where will the Lib Dems the BNP or the Green party stand on the issue

If Gordon Brown wants to people please he should stick to what he is paid to do.

i can imagine the same people moaning if he didnt answer and just went on to something else saying how dare he disrespect x factor, if he wants public backing he should have said if he like Jedward or not.

Agreed. This wasn't something, I'm sure, that would have been brought up by Brown without prompt from a journo.

I slated Cameron on the other thread at DS, and Brown is in the same boat. They should and probably are concentrating on more important issues, but that doesn't mean they shouldn't be denied their weekly X Factor fix.

I just hope they both paid their TV license fee's and they didn't claim expenses for it through the tax payer.
