And he has not been able to rehearse anything this week due to him losing his voice. Cheryl Cole has done him no favours whatsoever with this choice.

Do the contestants get to choose their songs? Very often during the shows you hear the judges say ....."I know you weren't happy singing that".....or......"I know it was out of your comfort zone" Then why give it to them?

I hope that the contestants who have been given song changes have enough time to rehearse them!!!!

Demi Lovato extremely popular singer with teenage girls, hope Lucie pulls it off. Olly could be in trouble this week apart from week one when he wasn't very good he has played it far to safe

Don't worry J&E are also doing an up beat number of Ghostbusters so he will be ok.

I like the song

I wouldn't worry, the two horrors are doing another uptempo song, and if they can get away with it so can Lloyd.

Stacey Soloman – Son Of A Preacher Man.

Now that will be a challenge.to get close to Dusty's iconic rendition of that song. Powerfull, Powerfull vocals. One of my faves.

I think it could turn out to be a brilliiant choice though. Hope she pulls it off. Good luck Stace.

No, they are not, dancing around like headless chickens isn't good, it's just embarrsing and painful watching the two horrors.

Which is why Cheryl has given him it. She is such a useless mentor. He really needed a slow song this week as it would also not put a strain on his voice.

IMO, I think Cheryl perfers Joe over Lloyd.

If Lloyd is on first with Footloose, I cannot see him being anywhere but in the bottom 2 this week.

He'll backflip his way through, and good luck to him.

I think that is the plan.
Unfortunately they could be permanently damaging his vocal chords in the process.

Where has this Footloose spoiler even come from - there is still nothing next to his name on the Twitter page...

These were my predictions last week....

Lucie - I Will Always Love You (Bodyguard)
Stacey - Kiss Me (She's All That)
Jamie - Twist & Shout (Ferris Bueller's Day Off)
Danyl - Everybody's Talkin' (Midnight Cowboy)
Olly - Stuck In the Middle With You (Resevoir Dogs)
Lloyd - Footloose (Footloose)
Joe - She's Like the Wind (Dirty Dancing)
Twins - Eye of the Tiger (Rocky 3)

Not far off on a couple!

I was just thinking that, there's still nothing about lloyd and lucie, and there's nothing to suggest that stacey has changed her song

Staceys song has been changed has it not? what a bore if so, and what another slow one.

Lloyd has been stitched up like a kipper, poor sod, that is no easy song to sing, and you really do have to dance to it as well, hell is she stupid, the boy has been unwell, she favours Joe it is so blatantly obvious, it is sickening to be honest with you, one of the reasons I have felt the need to not vote for Joe, her little bro my backside.. and some on here moan about Simon, well Cheryl is just as bad!

Will look to see what Lucie is singing as not sure I have read that yet.

If Stacey is doing yet another slow one it is another cop out.

And what the HELL is Simon on, Jamie and UM... with a sore throat.. YEA RIGHT....

It does put me off Joe with Cheryl favouring him so much. Louis constantly gets criticised for favouring the Irish acts but Cheryl is far worse this year.Lloyd has been unable to rehearse all week due to him losing his voice. How in Gods name will he be able to perform such a big song that will likely damage his vocal chords.?
