I think she is next to useless. She rejected two good singers that black guy and the opera lad. Rikkie was a big mistake too. Not knocking Lloyd, I was glad she put him through but the song choices for him make me wonder if they deliberately sacrifice some of their acts cos they have already made their minds up whoes going through. She said he was too young at first but why have the age from 16 if that's the case.
