To answer the OP's question—I won't be happy when he does leave, not because he's my favourite to win but because I think he was put through at too young an age—a couple of years before he has a chance to shine as a singer. I think the reason for that was simply to attract (teenage female) viewers. All the contestants are being exploited to one degree or another. But the exploitation in Lloyd's case is especially striking.

I agree. In a couple of years with a bit of training Lloyd would have been superb. He is being exploited at the moment and not getting the best advice.Most of the acts are just being used in a way but it is all publicity for them and it is up to them to make the best of it. How many teenagers would give their right arm to sing on national television in front of millions every week? It is up to Lloyd to use this experience wisely and learn from it.
If he sings tomorrow it looks like his song might be changed to Stand by Me anyway due to lack of rehearsals.

They need to get rid of someone this week and Cowel doesn't want the twins to go so looks like its got be Lloyd.
The kid is bad, he sings way worse than the Twins but everyone seems to have decided to patronize him. He should not even have been chosen in the first place.
I hope he goes but i'm not sure. The teens are not all out partying tomorrow. I wouldn't be surprised if we are stuck with him.
