If she has, bang goes a lot of chance for her to put her back over Lucie. Another song she can stand still to.
Mind you, I guess if thats her strength, why not? I just prefer Lucie now, she seems to be coming along.

NOOOOOOOO! It can't be true! "Son of a Preacher Man" is the perfect song for Stacey. Mad World is just a depressing boring piece of rubbish!

Oh FFS and you dont often see me type that, why cant they get the songs right, they did not put up Lucie and Lloyd til today the others were up around 1am.. so how come they get Lloyds wrong. And how come they alter Staceys, cos she cant dance, cant do uptempo..

Lloyd well Footloose is one step to much for the boy if you ask me.. that song is not easy to sing, he has been ill, and can he dance to that, as if he does not he is gonna look like a right idiot.. has anyone here seen the film as it is a brill film.. and I believe Kevin Bacon took dancing lessons for it, and was awesome from what I remember.

I feel like that too.
When I heard it was going to be Son of a Preacher Man I've had it on loop all day, feeling the vibes of it.
Now I feel like a right pillock if she's reverted back to a slow song.

It is still on the official site as Footloose, and I dont think they put them there as any type of joke.. although they may change.. but not a joke as such.
His mother has said she does not want him to sing I read, well she could be right with a song I dont believe he could sing well and dance to even 100 per cent fit..

Son of A Preacher Man was a classic song, and I am not sure Stacey can do justice to a Dusty song, as Dusty was a unique artist to be honest with you... just my opinion, and if she does another slow number "one trick pony" springs to mind from the likes of people watching each week.. boring again, and Mad World.. oh dear what a dreary song.

It still might be Footloose, i've just read on a couple of sites, one of which is Heatworld, that he is doing Stand by me. Heatworld are also reporting that it is still not definite that he will sing.

I like the song Mad World but it would not enable her to show off her voice to it best.
'Son of a Preacher Man' will do this. Dusty Springfield.

I think they might be confusing survival songs, the person on Twitter who leaked the songs in the first place said they think Mad World is her survival song.

I'm sorry but I will die if it's "Mad World". It would have the potential to be an extroadinary performance and possible be top of the series. Her voice is really is soft an beautiful and "Mad World" will enable her to demonstrate that. I really think it will be able to recapture the magic of her audition, which I really have yet to see from Stacey in the competition. I really, really, really hope it's "Mad World"!
