How has Cowell favoured Olly in anyway?

Danyl is being over rated and bigged up. That Aerosmith song, Look up David Cook and Allison Iraheta from American idol and compare to Danyl's one and you can see how far above the American Idols are compared to him which means if his does not match or better thier versions then he is NOT the best singer in X factor. And compare "Feeling Good" to Adam Lambert from American Idol as well.

Olly has been made to look like he is not the favourite by being near the start for 3 of the 4 live shows. However he is being bigged up far past what he deserves.

Jamie Afro was the best Over at the Judges house and keeps getting songs that are not very interesting and is the only Over to not keep getting bigged up or enough credit that he deserves.

Overall now i feel the Overs don't really deserve to win. I think really it is between Stacey, Lucie and Joe now. All 3 deserving of the winner title.

If Stacey can deliver what I think she can deliver, possibly, but she hasn't yet. As for Lucie and Joe, zero stage presence.

Could it be that Olly is just a genuinely nice talented guy, and that Simon likes him for those reasons. I know Simon Cowell sometimes comes across as a hard nosed business man, but, he is human deep ( very) down and he will get on with some people more than others.

As far as I can see Olly is the only contestant with the versitilaty (sp) to continue in the pop world. He can sing, dance and charm an audience....he has def charmed me
The others don't have those qualities for me.

Olly is just quietly making his way through the competition with no fuss and drama, unlike Jamie (all the so called "arguments" with Simon, the "quit" rumours) and Danyl (no need to give an example there!) and Simon is backing him up in that.

Olly doesnt need too much help or hindrance in my mind, and I think Simon knows it.

I think Olly is pretty easy to get on with, for a mentor. I think Simon struggles getting it right with Danyl and Jamie each week.

Well, psychological research suggests that it's acts in the middle who will have the least impact due to primacy and recency effect. Research shows people better remember things they see/people they are introduced to at the beginning and end of something, and it's those in the middle that are neglected.

I never pay much attention to order, can anyone tell me which slot each act who's been voted off had?

Lizzy, Olly doesn't have any drama because he doesn't need to.

Danyl has been hyped to the hills and back and Simon has created public backlash from people upset that they feel Danyl is being shoved down their throats, isn't very good, etc... well, they are entitled to their opinion but NONE of the acts this year are very good, where's the backlash for the rest of them (bar the twins)?

Jamie has been given duff song choices each week, apart from Week 2 when unsurprisingly he had the most popular performance of the week based on views. I think this worried Simon, no way in hell he wanted Jamie to get very far, so he gave him a U2 song on Big Band week to upset the public, and then got Louis to explicitly state why it should upset them if they hadn't already figured it out. The next week was rock week, which should have been Jamie's chance to shine, but instead he was given some mediocre "rock" song by a band with a lead singer who doesn't really even sing himself. Jamie could have pulled out all the stops that week and played some guitar (Tabby did, I'm sure) but no, Simon made a joke of him yet again. And this week... Unchained Melody... well, must be having a laugh.

Olly is given songs I adore, they suit him, they aren't particularly versatile. I've never pinned him as one of the versatile ones to be honest, whereas Lucie has been given a range of things. He is a good singer, no denying, but if I look away he could easily be Will Young. If they were on the radio with a song I'd never heard before, I wouldn't like to bet which one I was listening to.
