Trouble at the mill...
...according to this article: Quote:
"John and Edward have their most ambitious performance of the series tonight and have needed lots of rehearsal time to get it right but it has gone down like a lead balloon with some of their competitors, who feel the boys are getting special treatment," says someone in the know, perhaps one of the ghosts they'll be eliminating. "Some of the acts think it gives them an unfair advantage in the race to win the X Factor recording contract and have been bitching and moaning about it. In fairness, it isn't Jedward's fault. It is their most elaborate routine to date and they need to practise but the others are getting pretty fed-up." Play nicely, kids!
And it's not only the routine itself that's rubbed some of the others up the wrong way - there are scheduling issues too. "Simon Cowell isn't an idiot," the ghost goes on. Really? Do explain why. "He realises that many viewers will be tuning in specifically to see them. He wants to keep them watching right until the very end. But this has upset some of their rivals. Everyone likes to perform towards to end of the show as it is closer to when the voting lines open and their performances are obviously fresher in the minds of the voting public." |

Oh sweet Jaysus, it's painfully obvious that the Cowell machine, aided and abetted by the Emperor of trash media, Max Clifford, have something in mind for the boys which extends beyond X Factor.
I'm not surprised the others are jealous as all hell, but seriously did it really take them this long to figure it out? And they can't mention a name unless it was indeed he who said it, I'm not surprised that it would be Danyl, he entered thinking the whole thing was in the bag and the public just don't like him, why should they he's a douche, I don't hate him, or bear him ill will but if he spent more time concentrating on performance and less on how everyone's been so mean to him then perhaps he'd be doing slightly better in the comp? |

Doubt it's very true probably just another fabricated story to make Danyl look like the bad guy but I think it'd be fair enough if they were peeved off especially if the boys keep performing at the end of the show.

Jesus Christ they could have at least tried to get some actual quotes from contestants. Even innocuous quotes twisted to serve the purpose of the article would have been better than nothing.

Get real, it says some of their competitors and then says "we wonder whos the most pissed off" thats them implying there is NO QUOTE from any of them just this mysterious insider |

What's to be gained from attributing a name to a highly contentious quote in print apart from a class libel action?

I'm not surprised the others are jealous as all hell, but seriously did it really take them this long to figure it out? They're also getting all the limelight (tabloids/media coverage) so it's bound to stir up resentment. The contestants seemed to all get along in the earlier weeks perhaps now they see the twins as a threat so the bickering has started.... |

Jedward could rehearse all week and they'd still look half cocked, the just cann't seem to co-ordinate the dance moves and the singing at the same time.
When they are stars they can mine and no one will care. |
