If he did leave I wonder if Xfactor would refund the people who've kept him in week after week. Rather an ungrateful attitude there I think.

No its not ungrateful he put up every week on fb a thank to his fans and how grateful he is that they are voting and supporting him. It must be really awful to be shafted by your mentor every week giving you duff songs to sing, hes not being allowed to fulfill his potential that way. The mentor has his own agenda.(who he wants to win)

When he went in for the comp. did he really know the score I doubt it not many do till they are embroiled in it and all what goes on behind the sceenes. Its his livlehood after all said and done and if Simon is not allowing him to shine then surely its not unreasonable for him to want to quit when a better oportunity comes his way, I sincerely wish he could take it I would love to see him succeed. I doubt he will on this show but it was good for what it is exposure.

I am sure Jamie knows he wont win(thats been earmarked for another) , so why not cut his losses and move on as for the voters I am one of the m and vote my socks off for him , you could say that too about Steve Brookstein 6 mill votes could the public get their money back on those votes, (Simon dropped him 12 weeks later). I would be please just to see him succeed and to buy his material.

Well *IF* it's true, firstly he would have known the deal before he went in for X Factor and secondly he wouldn't have met Jon Bon Jovi in the first place if he hadn't been in the final twelve of the competition.

Don't believe a word of it though!

Cowell Doesnt like anyone with Common sense something Jamie has loads of.

I totally agree with what you wrote.

Maybe it needs something like this to wake simon up he has THREE people to look after...

He's signed a contract and he has to honour it, like it or not.

Neither do I. They all sign contracts when they are chosen as finalists and they are bound by them.

Bon Jovi might would not have invited anyone to break a contract.

Maybe its all newspaper hype as usual but the BJ concerts for London are in June so he could possibly join them then if his contract with Simon has run out.

I dont believe for one minute that Jamies would break his contract with Simon hes too sensible but he may very well be upset at being shafted by his own mentor rubbish songs every week not being able to show what he can do. His rendition of Hurt was the performance of the series IMO

Maybe all the it is is that Simon will not release him from his contract till its fruition. That would be more to the truth. Fair enough I am sure hes fine with that. Doesnt mean he couldnt join BJ in June perhaps.

OMG! Not a controversial argument on the morning of the show! I'll have to watch it now!

Do we really think BJ asked Jamie to be a support act? They may have said 'come and hang with us'..I just think the whole article is heavily exaggerated and dramatised.

As a Bon Jovi fan can I just plead with everyone to stop referring to them as BJ!

Yep! I agree.

I wonder how many votes this will lose him though?

If these people are so appalled by the song choices, why don't they grow a back bone and say "you can bugger off, I'm not singing that"? They can do it, people have done it in the past.

I doubt theres any truth in this. I do wonder tho if he wins if he will still be a rocker or turned into a pop star. The thing with x factor there focused on creating pop stars, what about creating a country singer. I suppose there isn't a big enough market over here but there is in USA thats prob why successful country singers have come out of AI.

I am sure that the timing of this story was purely coincidental.

I don't think it is true that he has considered leaving at all.
Jamie is part of a game that someone is playing.

Publicity

However I see beyond thism whole article and see an act Jamie, SC - well I think SC is playing a clever game.

Why would he want to stop one of his acts doing such??

Why would he not be pleased that Bon Jovi offered him something?

Why would he need Jamie on the X Factor show?

Why would he ban Jamie?

Oh of course the contract -

He has said he now wants Olly or Danyl to win fine.
Oh I love this game.
