I don't believe the stories that are going around.
I think something is between SC and Jamie that is not being shown and it is not to do with this 'Banning' I think there is something else I just have a feeling.

Love it really.

I agree with Jamie. I don't think he'll win either.

I have my doubts about this article, especially when the information comes from a .. 'PAL' or 'FRIEND'..

I agree and so what is the matter really?

Jamie has not verified all of this rubbish which has been placed in the wonderful newpaper the Sun.

I think that we have all sorts of things going on here and it could backfire on those who think otherwise.

As someone who voted for him, I don't feel I need a refund. I voted to keep him in each week, and he's been there week after week?!

The mentor has his own agenda.(who he wants to win)

When he went in for the comp. did he really know the score I doubt it not many do till they are embroiled in it and all what goes on behind the sceenes. Its his livlehood after all said and done and if Simon is not allowing him to shine then surely its not unreasonable for him to want to quit when a better oportunity comes his way, I sincerely wish he could take it I would love to see him succeed. I doubt he will on this show but it was good for what it is exposure.

I am sure Jamie knows he wont win(thats been earmarked for another) , so why not cut his losses and move on as for the voters I am one of the m and vote my socks off for him , you could say that too about Steve Brookstein 6 mill votes could the public get their money back on those votes, (Simon dropped him 12 weeks later). I would be please just to see him succeed and to buy his material.”

Indeed. I knew he had no chance of winning (fellow Jamie fans please don't hurt me) but I vote to get him exposure I don't mind if he quits, I know he's not a quitter generally... he's worked damn hard all his life supporting his mum from the age of 15 when she was too ill to work (his dad left when he was little). If he left X Factor I'd understand it was because they made things untolerable for him. Fair play. I, for one, would hate to be told what to wear, what to a sing, and even how to move to the song I'm singing. REAL music is about passion, your OWN passion, not the passion of some clueless-when-it-comes-to-rock-music record producer or lame choreographer or ageing vocal coach.

Why? In case people think we mean Billy Joel?

He did Big Band week... if we believe the tabloids. As you're commenting on this story like you do...

I think he still wants to be a rocker, which is why I DON'T want him to win even though he's my fave by a country mile.

Indeed. Jamie's a 34 year old whose main passion in life is to make great music, and Simon gives him song choices that make me wanna throw up. Rocks? Unchained Melody? Meh! I'm sure he does kick off, but it's going to come to point where it's walk or be kicked out. Walking has more dignity.

I bet he'd count his lucky stars if Bon Jovi have really asked him to support them.

Simon made bad choices this year, he could have had a winner with Daniel Pearce, but I expect if Jamie walks it would be too late to bring someone else in, although I think there might be a lot of support for Daniel if he came in.

The females in his group outsung the males and yet he didn't put them through.

Olly is ok, Jamie is a disappointment, thanks to Simon, who has seemed to disadvantage him in favour of his chosen winner Danyl who is now suffering because of it.

Jamie is a mop head who now believes he is a big star with talent. He is living the dream before it has happened. I say Simon should cast him at once from the show back to pub land where his talents can be better appreciated by half drunk people.

lol.

If there were any truth in this then Jamie would tell Cowell where to stick it and run off into the sunset with old Jon Bon.

I know I would!

I always thought Jamie was too like Steve Brookstein - I don't mean that in a bad way - more that they are both extremely independent characters and SC needs a yes man who he can mould!

There are, of course, doubts about whether this story is true. However, if we assume that it is, I agree with those who say that he knew the score before he signed up.

Whilst I abhor the way in which the programme restricts people and tries to make the most money from them while giving them as little as possible back, I feel that Jamie has "taken Simon's shilling, so he should dance to Simon's tune". He has had all the exposure and, when he's eventually free of the contract, I'm sure he'll make much more than he ever would have by not being on the programme.

So, Jamie, knuckle down and make the most of it. Dance to their tune whilst you still need to and have a great (enhanced) career once they're done with you.

LOL \i know Simon is showing a simplistic side;Simon should be pleased that one of his acts has been asked to go on tour with Bon Jovi.

It makes one think that there is something esle Simon is not telling us too.

Oh I think Jamie will knuckle down and if I were him just let Simon do what he wanted with the songs who cares. Jamie has that to look forward to after Xfactor.

The reality would be that Jamie would be contractually obligated to the X-Factor and to pull out would cost him more money in legal fees than he is likely to be able to afford.

I just think it's a PR exercise for the programme. They like these 'leaked' news items to emerge on the weekend to up the hype surrounding the show.

What a delightful post this is.

Compassion is to some a word not in their vocabulary still that is as it may.

The bad press is also the good press and the fans on all the Jamies FBs and websites and all those who are his fans are feeling annouyed at Simon and you know what a knock on outcome of that can be.

I felt that there was something like that about the whole thing too. Jamie is a mature man he is not stupid and is not going to put at risk all that he has done for one tour.
