He seems a nice enough guy but his routines are just awful.
His song choices are awful he is ok singer nothing more. Not sure where he goes win or more likely lose. |

In a couple of years when the rest of his hair is gone he won't look much like a popstar and his voice alone won't carry him .
Even if he does win his success will almost certainly be short lived |

Olly is my favourite this year and I think he could have success as long as he chooses the right songs...
He's not *that* cheesy |

Olly would have plenty of success in this country.
Whether he would have "worldwide" success is unclear. By that I mean The good old US of A where apparently, if you are not successful there, you are deemed to be unsuccessful ![]() By Simon Cowell it seems, anyway. |

It's a complete mystery that he was chosen over TreyC or Nicole; an even bigger mystery that he's made it this far without being in the bottom two.
Really, really, really dire singer and performer. He has a terrible voice - not original, not strong, not nice to listen to. I have a feeling he could be another Leon Jackson and win the programme through support from viewers with weird taste in men. |

Average singer and ahead right now due to his personality and his dance moves, however I'm not if he's capable of that "wow peformance" which some of the other's are so i think he'll make the top 5 but unless he does something amazing then he'll go

I think he has enough charisma and talent to do well in this country. But like Robbie Williams, I think the US just wouldn't 'get' him.

Olly in the auditions had real raw talent and I backed him fully, but he seems to have gone middle of the road and lost his soul and add to that the rug on his head?

That's because the competition for the bottom is tough this year, he'll just have to wait his turn I'm afraid

He sang badly and did an irritating and embarrassing "funky" dance. The way he tried to physically "illustrate" the lyrics was cringe-inducingly simple-minded ("keep me going strong" = flex muscles! "something something baby" = simulate cradling a baby!). |

He would go down well on stage I don't think he's any Will Young I don't think he's good at slow songs, his rendition of Your Song in bootcamp left me cold, he didn't do anything with it

He is a bit Cheddar, the mild variety rather than the hard mature cheese...

Olly is less handsome and a worse singer than Leon Jackson - who didn't exactly burn up the charts with his singles/album. At least Leon had an "style"; Olly doesn't seem to have any kind of individual musical/vocal style. I get the feeling he's there for the celebrity aspect more than anything else.
I think that he does not have the clarity of Leon and he does not have the looks either. I wonder if SC is just playing with us really over this.

![]() I don't think that Olly is anywhere as versatile as Will sad to say.
