Hoping we can avoid the obvious "stop singing" sort of advice.
If you could give the artists some advice and were genuinely trying to help, what would you say?
Jamie
Just go out and give us the rocker that you are. I am frustrated that you have been mucked about re song choices but just stick in there
Just be yourself.
Joe
I don't think you have been in your comfort zone with the recent themes but you are still doing well IMO. You aren't the most obvious "ozzing raw sexuality" singer but you don't need to be.
Olly
I think you are doing great and the only thing I would advise is doing something with your hair. It isn't doing you any favours and getting something more current could transform you.
Lucie
Again I think you are doing great with what you have been given. Don't take Simon's comments to heart. I think if you keep your nerve you could be a dark horse.
Danyl
For me I would like your performances to be less in your face effort. Although for some this is part of what they like about you. I would try to sing more simply. As for the press stuff. Try and put that behind you. You weren't in the bottom two despite a vocal that was decidedly under par (particularly in comparison to the one that put you in the bottom two). That is indictative of a significant level of support. Ultimatley as an artist it doesn't matter if there are loads of people who don't like you as long as there are enough that like you enough to buy your stuff and go to your gigs.
Stacey
Not sure what to advise. I don't think that you need to be prancing round the stage if you are not comfortable. Maybe you should stick to showing more passion in your voice and face, without needing to "perform".
Lloyd
You are a wee dote and have a soft voice that can be very pleasant. I don't think that busy choregoraphy does you any favours. I think simple melodies sung gently is your best bet.
J&E
Just go for it as you have been doing. My biggest worry about you two would be if you took yourselves seriously. Apart from that just enjoy yourselves.
