I suspect it'll be Cola on Ballroom, given they have the 2 Waltzes still to do.

Mind you, Chris had the FT this week, another slow BR dance, so they may well have a Latin and Natalie doing the Waltz (Chris would do the Samba in that case).

And leave two waltzs for him to do - don't think they would do that.

He had the jive and salsa in successive weeks so it is possible to have two slow dances on the spin

True, that was my thinking before, it'd be a bit weird to have 2 of the last 3 dances being Waltzes.

Any couple that manages to save two ballrooms among the three last dances is showing good sense. Judges' marking history proves that Latin = higher risk of dance-off

So for an even split, if Cola is on ballroom, it'd make sense to give Ali the cha-cha and Natalie the samba.

LL Predictions Head Office states that the best dance of this week will be the Ian Waite-choreographed tango, while Natalie is going to have a mare with the samba.

So if it's going to be half and half Ali & Chris should both be doing latin. I reckon one of them will have a Samba as they both have that left, so either that or a Cha Cha for Ali or a Paso for Chris.

Looking forward to Chris' paso I reckon his face will be a picture

So for the ones we don't know the possibilities are:

Ali - Foxtrot, Cha Cha Cha, Samba
Natalie - Waltz, Foxtrot, Samba
Chris - Waltz, Paso, Samba

Woops I clearly didn't read all the threads properly so Phil is doing an AS rather than a foxtrot.

I really thought we had to have one of those this week as there are only 4 left, perhaps it won't be even ballroom/ latin then.

Perhaps he's doing a foxtrot based AS and got a bit confused.

this is just a guess but shouldnt it be :

Natalie samba (she did ballroom last week and the only other latin she hasent performed is the rhumba which lailas already comfired for )

Chris paso because both ali and natalie have already done it and he should be doing latin

Ali ChaCha based purely on the fact that it seems likely that natalie is doing the samba and she should be doing latin

Jade Tango
Ricky G VW
Phil AS
Laila Rumba
Ricky W Jive
Out of this lot, Laila would appear to be the weak link. Doing the VW has to be an advantage to Ricky G (who I think is the weakest dancer at this stage).

Looking forward to the other dances on the list.

That would mean five latins and three ballrooms - when it is more likely to be four of each

Could be a Foxtrot based American Smooth - hence he got confused?

Katya may decide this is a good time to train him up in it - especially if she feels they may get it at the two dance stage.

Does this look about right then?

Ali & Brian - ChaCha
Chris & Ola - Paso
Jade & Ian - Tango (confirmed)
Laila & Anton - Rhumba (confirmed)
Natalie & Vincent - Samba
Phil & Katya - American Smooth (confirmed)
Ricky & Erin - Viennese Waltz (confirmed)
Ricky & Natalie - Jive (confirmed)

Any couple that manages to save two ballrooms among the three last dances is showing good sense. Judges' marking history proves that Latin = higher risk of dance-off
So far, the surprise for me has been Laila and Anton dancing the Rhumba as they were due a Ballroom (post 9) but it makes sense now.

The only Latin left for double dance weeks for her will be the Salsa and it will boost her to know that getting to that stage, she will in the main, have the discipline she is at ease with (Waltz and Smooth).

Best to run the risk of being eliminated before getting to the stage where you can smell victory and want to go with your strengths.

Well done that man!

Really looking forward to Ian and Jades tango. I just hope he choses good music.

I am slightly horror struck at the thought of Anton doing the rumba

I, thankfully, can't remember him doing one on Strictly before, and I'm far too scared to look on youtube to remind myself

Mostly looking forward to Jade and Ian's tango - still love the one he did with Zoe and I think Jade can caputure the mood of it brilliantly, and The Little Hobbit and Ola Chops, whatever they do, just because its them
