Danyl has delivered so many classic performances this year that it's hard to decide which is best...singing-wise he has blown every other act out of the water...my favourite performance was last week's...

Broken, shattered and fighting for survival he rose to the challenge and silenced his critics...he sang "I don't wanna miss a thing" and he was right...he won't be missing anything for a long time (he will make the final at least)...

What was your favourite Danyl performance?...Or is it just too hard to decide?...

To actually answer your question:

Purple Rain

Danyl has grown on me over the last few weeks, mainly due to the vitriol which led to me to pay more attention (beforehand I only had eyes and ears for Jamie and eyes for J&E), but tonight was OUTSTANDING!

Erm, his best performance? No, sadly, I don't any of them have been classics.

Oh screw it, I can't be polite.

If there was a vomit smiley I'd be using it to the max right now because am I the only person who thinks Danyl is JUST AVERAGE! He has a screechy voice, one method of singing, one type of genre he is anyway decent in, a terrible attitude. Just vile. And these threads that make him out to be the saviour of the music industry are, frankly, nonsensical. He's got a bad attitude- how is he gonna cope in the NOTORIOUSLY fickle music industry if he can't handle an ounce of rejection. What annoys me is that people think he has done something brave and spectacular by coming back from the Bottom Two. He hasn't- he thinks the world owes him a favour for putting him the bottom two. Arrogant, just terrible. I don't ever get so wound up about a reality tv show of all things but Danyl is making me incadescent with rage.
It's Sharon vs Steve Brookstein all over again. And I didn't like him either.

My absolute favourite was 'Purple Rain' last night, followed by his first audition.

I've liked every one of Danyl's performances as it is. I love his warm and soulful voice. He has a unique tone to his voice which I love

My favourite Danyl performance is when he fake cryed in week one. Cheryl told him he hadnt won the show yet and then he turned his back and squeezed out a little tear.

Oscar winning stuff there

I always like him best just as hes walking off stage.

Seriously, what is wrong with Simon with this guy? Its like he was blown away by the audition and thought Danyl was so good but cannot now admit that he is just so average.
He just seems to want to cling onto his 'best thing since sliced bread' discovery and can't bare to see that he is pretty naff afterall.

The longer Simon keeps up with this 'Danyl is outstanding' carp the more credibility he loses.

Yep. At bootcamp he delivered a performance that had no relation to the melody of the song. In the first group song he delivered an out of tune disaster. Last week he sang half the song in the wrong key.

When he's good, he's good but he is NOT consistent.

Seeing that you've only been supporting him for the last 2 weeks it should be fairly easy for you to decide, do you class 2 as so many? Or are you now saying you liked his other somgs at the time you were slagging him off big time, as I told you in another thread stop making a fool of yourself we can all search the history, you are definitely just here to provoke.
