Humax PVR 1.00.11 now available. 1st bug?
I've downloaded and installed the new 1.00.11 firmware. Simple process (although 1st usb stick used was not recognised by the pvr).
Looking round (trying to find the iPlayer interface - will it be on the red button?) I saw that the network interface page claims the gateway address is 255.255.255.0, suspiciously like a sub-net mask. This may just be a display error, won't know until there is something to connect to. It responds to pings, but to not a browser. Need to go play with the other bits. |

Not updated mine yet but I suspect that as iplayer is not for general release yet there may be another update to enable this.

The release notes say:
# Support for BBC iPlayer service (service availability to be confirmed by freesat please visit www.freesat.co.uk for information on the launch date of the service) so it's just waiting for freesat/BBC to make it happen. That's why I susspect it will be initiated via the red button. |
