worst ever soap stunts
what are ure worst ever soap stunts
did richard hillmans canal dive leave u cold. or did corries factory fire leave u wishing the entire stunt team had gone up in smoke. here are my top 5 5 - nick cottons viaduct plunge 2nd jan 2002 Eastenders built this up to be something huge. what we got was an obvious dummy being thorwn froma bridge 4 - richard hillmans death 14 march 2003 the actual crash was ok but it was the underwater scenes that were the let down. in one shot u cud see an airtank on the floor. and when gail was rescued and she was coudhing and spluttering u could tell by the echoey voices that they were inside. rubbish 3 - graham clarks clifftop plunge 18th feb 2000 i was so excited bout seein graham finally bow out in a blaze of glory. but what i got was rubbish. when the car first ends up on the cliff u can see a saftey rope tied to the car. and when it went over the edge there camera coverage was so poor u could appreciate the spectacle. 2 - corries factory fire 8th march 2004 what went wrong. the press and the producers had said that this was goin to be huge. it was very very poor. 1 racel hughes clifftop plunge 11th may 1999 the worst soap stunt of the lot. it was obviosly not actress glenda mkcay who fell from grecae and u could tell. when graham pushed her she stumbled backwards for about 4 meteres before taking a deliberate dive. when she landed u could hear the woosh of the airbag. this had the potential to be sooo spectacular. i mean it doesnt take much effot to dub over the airbag with a sickening thud. very poor anyone got there lists? |

Don't forget Des in the Street died when his head hit a little plastic stool.
I'm too young to remember this (I think! ) but I have heard of the Ken Barlow Punch (i think it was mike he punched) anyone remember. The Emmerdale storm was a bit overrated I thought. Jez in Corrie what an exit that was. I think that ITV2 sometimes show Corrie Exits. |

That bit was daft but he actually died from a heart attack.

As the van did a 360 degree spin the stuntman's crash helmet could be clearly seen through the windscreen
