I wouldnt be surprised if the final three were between Jade/Ian, Laila/Anton and Ali/Brian (Or Ricky/Natalie).

Jade is definitely the dark horse of the competition. I can really see her being in the final.

I think Chris and Ola will be in the mix myself.....I would say Jade/Ian Chris/Ola Ali/Brian or Ricky/Natalie.

I think that the only thing that will keep Chris and Ola from a final is a visit to the dance off against one of the chosen ones. I wouldnt rule out tuffers either I think this year its going to be a tough call.

I can agree with ALMOST all this BUT where on earth does Tuffers come from? I can only think that there is some fairy dust cast upon Cricketers, because from what I see he is actually a bit sleazy and lazy and nowhere near as dedicated as Chris, Natalie and RickyG.

I'm gonna go for Ricky, Ali & Jade.

Jade may end up going through on Public votes alone in the semi finals, leaving Ali & Ricky to battle it out in the Dance Off. May sound absurd, but there's no denying that a lot of people aren't able to warm to Ali/Ricky. Jade may have been in the Dance Off, but it seems like her popularity is slowly growing as the weeks go on (I wasn't her hugest fan the week she was in the D/O, but I've grown to really love her since.)

The final two I wouldn't like to predict until we've seen the dances they do that week. Which reminds me: I've been meaning to ask, do we know whether we have a three way final again? Or is it two this series?

If it's a three way final, that means it'll be on December 12th, which seems early for the final. Whereas if it's two couples, it'll be the 19th, which would keep in line with the final being the Saturday before Christmas.

I'm sure the final will be between three couples. That's always been the intention - it's just circumstances have contrived against it in recent years.

As for the final three, I think a lot depends on the judges' stance.

Ricky W and Ali are clearly tops with the panel thus far with Jade not far behind but also not, seemingly, making up much ground.

I'd lay odds that one/other or both of Ricky W and Ali will be in the dance off in the next two or three weeks which should indicate to the judges which way the wind is blowing.

Question is, will they continue to throw their support behind a couple that doesn't seem to have a chance of winning or will they cut their losses (just an expression) and support Jade as the "next best thing"?

I'd hazard that if the judges use their "power" to try and get both Ali and Ricky W to the final (assuming they don't end up dancing off against each other which I think is definitely possible), then we will see Chris win. If they don't, I think it could be close between Chris and Jade.

The 14th week (Final) is 19th December and unless someone withdraws for some reason it should be a 3 way final

I want Jade, Chris and Natalie as the finalists and would be happy for any of them to win

The judges didnt get the hint last year when both Rachel and Lisa were in the dance off.

I know but I live in hope that a glimmer of understanding lives under the coiffeured (or not so coiffeured) heads. But maybe they're so immured in the "best dancer should win" mentality that they can't do that. I have my doubts there though. Len and Bruno at least didn't have any such qualms in series 3...

My prediction:

Chris & Ola, Jade & Ian and Ricky & Natalie.

I believe the first two couples I mention are already very popular and that they are going to gain increasing support from the public.

I believe the final dance-off (semi final stage) will be contested between Ricky W and Ali so one of them will miss out on a spot in the final.
