T-Mobile are charging 50p per minute to call customer services, on their 'on-line' accounts!

I think this is totally wrong, what happens if you have a problem, and you are not by a PC?

It make me sick that telecom companies are ripping people off.

Why should you pay, when you have a problem with their service?

Because T-Mobile charges 50p/min, as they want you to use the internet to communicate!

Yet last week it 3 days to get a response from them!

I think it is wrong telecom operators charge you, to call customer services.

Why dont you change from the online account to a normal account, would save all this complaining....or is it you want the saving of having an online account?

A normal account, you can still access your bills and make changes to the packages....and of course get free 150 still.

Well you could always dial 0845 412 5000 from your landline. This is considerably cheaper!
