i would love to see him win and dont go in for all this crap thats written in the papers about him or any of the other contestants for that matter.

I like Danyl but I don't think its fair to accuse people who don't like him as not having a mind of their own. Their opinion is just as valid as yours.

No one in the history of x factor has ever won that has been in the bottom 2 this year could be an exception, ( given all the manipulation going on ) but I sincerely hope not. Hes not my cup of tea at all. Hes my least fav this year.

Sorry to go OT. I caught this series for the first time this year on Saturday and thought Olly and the young blond lad were by far the worst (apart from the twins, obviously). Was it a bad week for Olly, or am I just not "getting" him?

It was probably one of Olly's better weeks, lol.

I'd like him to win but then again there are other ways of being a 'Winner'.I wish him good things for the future.

I really don't know now. If you'd have asked me a couple of weeks ago, I would have said absolutely no way could he win. But now that Rachel and Lucie have gone (middle ground singers in the competition imo) there is a big gap between Lloyd, Jedward and Stacey (all pants) and Joe and the overs.

Lloyd, Stacey or Jedward will not win, so it's between Joe and the overs. Danyl is the best of the overs so he should be in with a chance, and Joe is an acquired taste. Ollie will perhaps do well but I can't see Jamie coming good.

He deserves to having that great voice, but this IS x factor where ability to make a decent recording means Jack.

He can still win, will he I am not sure as I still think Olly has been the one from day one in Simons eyes he just hid it very well under a smoke screen called Danyl.

Simon may have even told Danyl he cannot win now, who knows. Whichever way it goes I would buy his music and I wont of any of the others I am sure.

I will be backing him til the *bitter* end, and by god it has been a bitter show this year all in all it has just sunk to a new level. One that I am not sure will make me want to watch again next year, and without Danyl and Jedward this year I would have turned over weeks ago.

No. Talent is only part of it. His intensity alienates a lot of people . I find him listenable but not watchable.
