Do you really think that The mentors and the contestants didnt know who was rehearsing what? of course they did this is just another story the papers are making up. Simon has already changed Jamies song at the last minute twice I am not surprised if he stands his ground this time (if there is any truth in the rumour). To call him a diva is going to far , no way hes just a contestant whos mentor hasnt given him the input and song choices that have been suited to him.

Thanks for posting.

Jamie is a lovely person and I haven't heard a single bad word about him from anyone who's met him. From other contestants, the judges, people back stage, fans even fans of other contestants.

Also for those posters who attacked Jamie's character without knowing the truth and chose to believe the stupid tabloids (only a couple of posters I know). It tells us more about you than Jamie who hasn't done anything wrong.

Agree with all this, and am getting a deja vu feeling, except last time it was Danyl!

Jamie is great.

One of the best singing collaborations ever but then I`m biased being a big fan of both

Jamie is great and not only that the DS fans are staunch fans and they know fans that are staunch fans and on an on and the overs stick together.

Us overs fans HAVE to stick together, especially this week.

Good luck to all our boys on Saturday/Sunday night.

That is a much better song choice for Jamie than Radio Gaga if this is true, more suiting to his persona. As for the twins doing Radio Gaga or Under Pressure, whatever the song choice they do its going to be a train wreck.

Well, it's certainly better than the awful Radio Gaga. God knows I am no Queen fan, but I would imagine that even the most ardent fan would not regard Radio Gaga as Queen's finest hour by any means.

Unfortunately, putting out this story insinuating that Jamie is at fault (for a whole day before contradicting it) means that the damage is most likely done, to some degree anyway. The seed has been sown in susceptible minds that Jamie is a bit of a diva, even though this seems to be far from the truth. Job done by the Cowell PR machine.

Oh I don't think so Jamie is at fault is so ridiculous that it is in fact becoming more and more hilarious.

His fans are not just staunch on here they are elsewhere too.

He has been used as the 'whipping boy' for SC too long and his fans and other can see straight through the whole thing.

Many of his fans are not on the net however there are many who are elsewhere and I think that SC et al have forgotten that.

Yeah Jamie.

Yeah - so what's the demographic of the XF viewers - most will just tune in on the Saturday and never see anything else of the publicity machine for the show unless there happens to be a snippet or photo in their daily paper. That's how it used to be back in the day. Not sure all this 'modern technology' is ACTUALLY doin' any of us any good. So the last 48 hours before the Saturday show is full of rumours - so if you could jump from Thursday middle-evening straight into the show - d'you think you'd enjoy it more or less by having avoided all the flak ?

Ha, this thread got so ridiculous for a while... seriously, if people can call someone 'scum' because the tabloids report they have started rehearsing someone else's song, then they must live in a world where there isn't any murderers, paedophiles, or rapists; real scum. I envy them.

Glad that Jamie isn't doing that awful song I need to brush up on my Queen knowledge for tomorrow night now. Not sure I know Seven Seas of Rhye (although it may well be one of those songs you know but don't know you know).

I had an idea last night this "Jamie stealing the twin's song" wasn't true.Jedward have been rehearsing Radio Ga Ga all week with the full choreography.Besides Ga Ga would be a far from obvious choice for Jamie.

I think Radio Ga Ga suits Jamie.

I was like this when I started reading this morning - everything went a bit crazy!

I've never heard Jamie's song before - listened to it and I don't love it but think it will suit him to a T.

It just seems like pathetic Jedward fans doing the exact thing they're suppose to be against

A bit too slow and anthemic for him I think ; he seems to like to 'rock out' and move around the stage.....his new song choice will be better suited to that.
