I don't have any favourite pro dancer but I do feel Ian has had bad luck over the years. He has been in the final, and just missed out, more times than any of the other pros.
I think this could be his year. He and Jade are consistently good and getting better each week.Fingers crossed!!!

I would love to see Ian lift the title with Jade this year but don`t honestly think they have the public backing like Ola and Chris do.

I feel like Erin joins him in the bridesmaid role - she had two who should have won.

A lot depends who gets to the final - at the moment I suspect the judges will engineer both Ali and Ricky W there, plus either Jade or Chris. I also suspect that whichever of those two it is, will win.

(Feeling a strong sense of deja vu - judges engineering both Lisa and Rachel, and it seems likely that whichever of Tom/Austin got into the final was going to win it...)

So if only Ian and Jade can avoid a dance-off with the two judges' faves.... fingers, toes and everything else crossed!!

Actually, I think the judges' best hope of getting one of their faves to win is to ensure that only one of them gets to the final, plus both Chris and Jade, thus splitting the viewer vote!!

I'm really hoping Jade and Ian do get into the final.

Ali and Ricky W are both really good natural dancers, but from someone who knows very little about ballroom or latin, it's far more interesting to see someone improve that someone who was really good from the outset. It's the 'J' word.

Yes Erin has come close, but this year, I don't think so!

Ian's probably my favourite pro - though I'm loving Ola most this year - but I wouldnt want him to win just because he has missed the boat in the past.

Thankfully, he has the celeb with the best attitude towards training and, it must be said, the most stamina for it. Jade is focussed on doing each dance credit, none of "this one doesnt suit me, so we will cross our fingers and hope the public see us through" for her.

When Ian admitted to a touch of "winning fever" Jade was quite clear that she isnt thinking of winning she is still taking it one dance at a time. Curiously enough, I believe her.

I would love to see Ian win if he has a strong enough partner because he seems to put a lot of effort in to every dance (hang your head in shame, Mr DuBeke) and comes across as so likeable.

But the title of this thread just made me laugh - he's up for anything costume wise so I had a mad moment of him upstaging Erin's disastrous mannequins moment by having Jade in the trousers and him wearing the dress

Don't laugh - stranger things have happened on Strictly!

Always the bridesmaid? Or always the best man?

I think him and Erin are definitely the two that have come so close but not won the trophy.

I do so hope Ian wins this year as I really like him and Jade, not getting my hopes up though.

He's certainly always the best man as far as I'm concerned, and I really hope he and Jade can win this year.

I'm so sad that Ian or Erin have never won they have both come so close and imo deserve to win. Erin will probably be out this weekend so So I'm hoping Ian will clinch that trophy with Jade this year Fingers Crossed!!!

It's Ian's turn to win this year.
He throws himself into the show 110% every year and this year seems to have a partner who is matching his effort!
Judging by the number of new followers he appears to have now (on the BEEB boards and on DS) if everyone votes for him they should manage to stay out of the dance offs.
Vote Team Jadian

I want Ian to win too. At the moment I am voting for both him and Ali and Brian but I think when it comes down to it I will throw all my votes his and Jades way.

Jade has blossomed over the weeks we have been watching her. And I love Ian. He is my favourite male pro.

My hunch is that this will be Ian's year.

He and Jade aren't my favourites but I would be happy enough to see them lift that Glitter Ball aloft

He was robbed the year he partnered Zoe though.

He certainly was Sid.
Who did win that year? I can remember Zoe and Ian and Colin and Erin. Was it Darren?

I love Ian this year - he's really camping it up - and I also love Jade and her JOURNEY so I'm rooting for them

Ian's problem is that he always gets a tall girl - sometimes it's good, sometimes it's not so good, but they can never do the jive! Until Jade..

I really hope they get to the final

Ian seems such a nice guy I cant think of anyone I'd prefer to win. He certainly deserves it, although I wouldnt be unhappy if Chris and Ola won either.

If I could choose any pro to win it'd be Ian, I'd love it if he won this year

I want Erin to win too.

Totally irrational, I suppose, but I'd hate it if any of the newer pros won before either Ian or Erin.

They've both come so close to winning, and have given so much to the show - and to us - it would be a just reward for them.
