Gabby Logan getting kicked out instead of Penny!

Lisa Snowdon being saved week after week. Although that did lead to that gem of a showdance, so I can't really complain.

Kelly with the cape in the Paso was pretty cringe-worthy as well.

Austin going instead of Liza - yes, a year on and it still narks me

Puppetgate - just watched in open mouthed horror

I refuse to remember Voderman's rhumba

Dom's last dance with Lilia, how she didn't headbut him I've no idea

Jodie being eliminated, Len snapping "shut up" at Kelly Brook, Dominic groping Lilia's arse in their farewell dance, any and all of the homophobic sniggering in series 3 revolving around Darren Gough and Colin Jackson, Lisa's cha cha getting 40, Andy Williams murdering Moon River dead, Tess' galumphing around all over Matt & Flavia's relationship, Alesha being in the dance-off, when Carol rang up It Takes Two to hurl abuse at Arlene, everything that Jan Ravens did apart from "I HOPE YOU'RE HAPPY CRAIG!" and that piss-funny jive.

The thread is about the worst moment ever on Strictly. I guess some people don't need an excuse to make cheap digs at Arlene.

I can't remember exactly how it went down but I seem to remember Carol (Vorderman, not Smillie) refused to do an exit interview on It Takes Two and instead phoned into the studio to whinge about how Arlene had ruined the whole show for her and was a bitch. It was INCREDIBLY awkward whatever the exact wording was and made her look like a total sore loser.

Yes mine too......even Lisa's in her words "amazing" showdance doesn't make up for it.

Not so much Austin going out, but the first of the judges' comments in response to his American Smooth. Once the tone of negativity was established, it was a "done deal" that he was going to finish bottom with the judges and barring a phone vote miracle, in the DO against Rachel or Lisa (armed with their 39 or 40 point dances) and thus on his way home.

The fact it took from approx 7pm until after 10pm and the "spoiler" on DS to confirm his departure was just salt in the wound.

Watching Erin on ITT on the Monday night was painful. I hadn't realised until then just how important the old Glitter Ball was, having only started watching the week of Lead-foot Logan's kilted Paso.

Wouldn't normally get this picky but if you're going to diss someone, it helps if you spell their name correctly. (Anyone guessed what my real name is yet? )

I'd probably go for the show where Matt Di A stuffed it up royally, twice in a row. And Kate Garraway's samba with Anton - the most horrific of a string of couch-cringing moments.

It was those machinations that finally jaundiced my attitude towards SCD for good.

Don't know what I'm doing here, really.

S and Z are quite close on the keyboard I'm sure it was just a typo!

For me Austin going out was a travesty, and the worst dance I've ever seen has to be Lisa's showdance. Just....awful.

I found myself hiding behind cushions on a number of occasions - Kennys kilt paso, lisa's showdance, last year's final result , anything david dickinson did, and most recently, and eclipsing all of those, brendan's stropping off with Jo and the squabbling that followed

Oh, that dance was just wonderful

Everything about it was just awesome.

I'm just so pleased I watched it in 'real time' so the full horror unfolded without knowing about it.

Even now it has the ability to brighten the old day up

Can I nominate Anton's rhumba a day in advance ...

Poor old Lisa, can't believe she's still getting stick, even a year on

Anyway: Fiona Phillips, Matt Di A's 'puppy dog' expression that guaranteed him a place in the semi (why oh why did the GBP fall for it) and the ensuing guaranteed 40 the following week leading to 'Gethingate', Kate's last show (so drugged up to the eyeballs on painkillers she was on a different planet), Jan Ravens rant, Colin and Erin's showdance, Len's rant at Craig a couple of weeks ago and Quentin!

I'm sure there are others, but these spring immediately to mind.

Oh, the whole JS leaving debacle.
