Hi LB

... ..not sure why you've taken against the wannabe tomato at the centre of that article, but hey... it seemed to take a good photograph.

Now that things have indeed all gone 'K Tong', as noted above, it looks like an exclusive in the Food section was a last gasp of the
"most popular and loveable young couple to have emerged from a reality TV show since… well, a certain Katie Price and Peter Andre". I blame the tomato.
This time last year, the Christmas issue of OK! had the Lidl logo on its front-cover as part of its 5-page spoof 'credit crunch photoshoot' with ‘Victoria’ – another BB-related link if you look closely:
http://www.ok.co.uk/celebnews/view/6...-Jordan-Peter/ [2008 Christmas cover; no obvious link for article/photoshoot]
OK! Magazine (654, Dec 30):
“And what would become of [D&VB] if they were struggling to make ends meet? Poor Posh would be forced to join the unwashed hordes and hop on the bus from Hackney to hunt for tinned pies in Lidl." "Here in a spoof interview and with a little help from [VB] lookalike [CH], OK! catches up with credit crunch Posh..."
The OK! team indeed appears to aspire to spoofery, high jinks, and front-cover assertions that stretch 'reality' - not sure how its covers will fare now without all those KP 'exclusives'.
'News from the uncharted wastelands of BB' - AH-W does indeed look demure as Mary Poppins in the Love It! Christmas photoshoot of its BB 'favourites': with Brian B, Nikki G, Chantelle H.

PS LB, ...have you been neologizing on another thread? Your use of the adjective 'fiascian' appears to evade the 'OED', and currently appears to be the only reference to it on Google?

Apparently, by mentioning this, I have now destroyed its chances as a 'Googlewhackblatt' - sorry

PPS Posted after Bella Boffin started humming below...
...or is it really another reference to food? "...Flavour Fiascians, meet: THE FREEGAN..."
