Recording conflict
1964blakda
14-11-2009
Because my recording of "The Ghosts of Berkeley Square" ended well before the film finished last night, I thought I'd go through my list of future programmes to be recorded - and manually change the start and end times of each.

The first one worked fine - this afternoon's More4 airing of "My Darling Clementine". But I couldn't change any others. Regardless of the day and time of the recording, I got a "recording conflict" with "My Darling Clementine".

This conflict was timed at 3.14am on 19 November - which bears no relationship to either "My Darling Clementine" or the shows I tried to edit.

Is this a new bug?

Did not read the release notes then

This software version does not allow users to edit Schedules that have been originally created via the Guide (i.e. it is not possible to change the start time, end time, or repeat mode of an EPG create schedule). This will result in an erroneous Date and Time.

Doubt if it was a HDR bug. I had set my Panny FREEVIEW HDD to record it and it also finished early.

So I would suggest it was a Broadcaster error.
