Any ideas what dances for next week. The one think I have sussed out is that Natalie wil have the samba or rumba

Cola will be doing Waltz or VW

Ricky G will be on ballroom too - quickstep maybe

I suspect Ali will be doing either a Foxtrot or a Tango

If this is the case, Natalie surely must be doing a Samba, as there are 4 couples yet to do a Samba.

Please let Natalie do a samba. There's no way the judges can credibly overmark her on that.

They've managed to when I thought they'd struggle already so I wouldn't be surprised.

What they have left to do - taken from Jan's post in last week's thread:

Jade [Tango] AS Rumba Paso

Ricky G QS Tango Samba

Ricky W AS FT Cha Cha Cha

Natalie Waltz Rumba Samba

Chris Waltz VW Samba

Laila Waltz AS Salsa

At a guess what I think they'll do:
Ali - Tango
Jade (if she's still in) - Rumba
Ricky G - QS [so he still has one more latin left to do]
Ricky W - AS
Natalie - Samba [but if Ricky G does Samba, Rumba]
Chris - Waltz
Laila - VW

I hope Ricky W gets the AS

Are they having any weeks with 2 dances ?

As it stands, there aren't enough dances to get them to do 2 dances in one show.

Would like Ali to get the Samba out of the way, but likely she'll get a ballroom.

With all the events of today, it's all up in the air I think

Going by disciplines, there should be 5 Ballrooms and 2 Latins if all are fit to dance but I can't see it being that uneven especially if (and I hope not) Jade can't dance as that will be only 1 Latin.

Week 11 is when the 2 dance weeks are supposed to start but if they only have 5 or 6 couples, well Len and Craig will just have to do that Lambada

Hmmm, Laila still has the American Smooth to do. Anton could just choreograph two massive lifts and carry her through the 90 seconds.

Four of them still have the samba to do? Surely we're going to have a couple of those to do one week.

Maybe the producers will give it to Natalie and then hope Ricky G is eliminated to cut one out.

Those are my predictions, pretty much based on what they haven't danced yet from each of the first 5 (technically 6 but weeks 1&2 were joined) weeks. I.e. there were two dance options for each of the weeks. In the last 3 weeks all the couples have been catching up with whatever dance they didn't do from each week and now have very limited options. Very interested to know what they're going to be doing in the last few weeks of the cometition as we're rapidly running out of dances


It's strange because all the couples left apart from Natalie and Jade have more ballrooms than latins left.

What will they do about Jade? I personally think she's out, she said herself when she felt the pain she was worried about long jumping next year, never mind dancing now. However, if she is still in, and makes whatever week it is where they show a dance they've already done, done differently, I think Jade would be allowed to do her Tango, if she so wished.

I wouldn't like to bet on that, they have overmarked her every week since week one.

I am in shock after last nights show.......what a strange state of affairs. I will get into the swing of their next dances when I have got over last nights

I'm so glad thar Ricky G is likely to get a ballroom dance again next, I'm really hoping he gets 30 before he leaves because he has got 29 three times now and he's been saying he's wanted 30 for weeks !

I really hope Jade is okay to carry on and we get to see her Tango next week

But he's not a certain person so in his case "I want" doesn't get .

At the moment it looks like a lopside 5 ballroom and 1 latin - so how about this as a solution

Give the Laila the rumba again - but it must be a new rumba- new choreography and new music.

Laila had to do two Latin dances, then one Ballroom, then two more Latin.

She's more than entitled to a Ballroom again

Cuts down Ali's choices to Foxtrot or Samba although the former seems more likely.

hoping this will be a good one to justify the loss of tuffers (I liked both phil and Ricky so I was terribly torn in the dance off I prefered Ricky's VW but thought Phil was better over all.
