Oh well, I take back everything I said. If she's been miming at concerts from day one that makes everything okay.

She didn't use to mime. It's quite clear she is no longer able to perform, and should stop until she can sing and dance - clearly she can currently do neither.

Don't where you have been these past 10years but she's near enough lyp synced throught her career, and no it doesn't bother nor does it most of her other fans and SHE CAN perform!

Back to the topic:

the producers and writers for her new album are so great

She didn't mime EVERYTHING like she does now back then, she only mimed when she put on an amazing performance which made up for it. She was way better before.

I absolutely love Blackout and would love another album in the same vein. Gimme More, Piece of Me and Get Naked are three of my favourite Britney tunes ever.

Despite the fact i'm a huge fan, i just can't get over the fact that these past couple of years she seems to have her head in the clouds. Watching her performances and videos it's a bit like 'the lights are on but nobody's home'...

I thought that but if you look at videos on YouTube of her tour she looks really happy and it's tge britney we all knew and love.

Britney's Blackout album does sound very similar to what's being released now by artists like Lady GaGa; but I like the idea of Britney: one artist who has the best songwrites/producers etc... working behind her - like a music artist version of HBO.
Not sure whether Britney still has the untouchable 'move out of the way fast train coming' clout she once did though to get those sales and at the same time those best people.

I agree.... she doesnt have the fire, she needs to find the fire! and passion she had.... she just looks like she enjoys it, but doesnt go all out like she used to :/

Blackout would have sold megggaaa loads had it have some promotion and a tour..... If rhianna had released that in 07 it would be a smash...

BIG ALBUM NEWS!!!!!

From exhale apprently for Britneys next album Britney will be doing HEAVY i.e LOTS of Promo but NO tour for the new album this could mean lots of performances on shows and interviews just like she did for In the Zone.

im in two places about this i mean no tour kinda sucks BUT maybe she be better to tour again with her 8th album that way theres more to experiment with on the new tour,

i really really want heavy promo, i miss ITZ promos etc on GMTV etc and jonathan ross will be awsome.

so what do you think IF this is true exhale sometimes is accurate but sometime the fans just write BS half the time lol, have ther artist dones this? release an album but no tour?

Yeah I mean she wouldn't have to tour untill 2011 anyway that's a year of the road, plus rumours of britney retiring seem false as Britney did say in For The Recird that Its her music and her kids that keep her going so I doubt very much she will give up music plus could you imagine the uproar from us fans lol.

I just really hope britney Heavily Promotes this album

PLUS

the album will Not be released in May as expected it's rumoured to be July time.

Now that Britney's comeback has been proven completely successful and the 'Circus' era is officially over, it's time to look ahead.

I can't wait for her next studio album to release... and if i was her management or any sort of decision maker i would:

1. Make the new album her biggest and best to date even topping 'Blackout', by using a large variety of writers and producers, previously who have worked with her before ie Max Martin, Bloodshy&Avant, Danja etc... as well as brand new people ie Linda Perry, Ryan Tedder, RedOne etc.
The album MUST include a mix of great catchy up tempo pop tracks, some dance numbers, some more experimental sounds and a few great heartfelt ballads and love songs.
There should definitely be room for a few tracks for Britney's voice to shine and not be so auto tuned, and over produced.

2. Britney MUST either re - hire her former choreogrpher Wade Robson, or some new choreogrphers to make her dance routines much more high energy and complexed. Britney needs to spend a lot of time perfecting her steps and getting practice.

3. Release two songs before actually putting out the album, the first track in like June time, followed up by a second track in September to coincide with the album release.

4. Britney should definitely make her VMA Performance comeback, the routine should include high energy dance routine, and should be high in production value.

5. The music videos need to be creative, innovative, original and edgy. Britney needs to become a trend setter once again. A little bit of controversy wouldn't go amiss.

6. It would be advisable for Britney to do a big tell-all interview with Oprah, just to clear the air, reflect on the past and properly move on, after answering them really hard and akward questions. This would enable Britney to regain her confidence and put it behind her once and for all. Also everybody can get the answers they are looking for.

7. Heavy promotion is a MUST, by this i mean hitting the chatshow circuit, doing TV performances and radio interviews. It would be great for Britney to perform on 'American Idol' or 'Dancing With The Stars', do a performance on 'Saturday NIght Live', as well as interviews on David Letterman and Ellen.
Britney must travel the world to promote the record just like the old days.

8. A few magazine covers and interviews would be great. I'm thinkin' a mix of Rolling Stones, Marie Claire, People magazine and FHM or Maxim. Mix up the raunch with class and beauty.

9. The strongest tracks should be released as singles, i would say two fast up tempo songs folowed by a ballad as a third song (this is a MUST to show her versatility, and more vunerable side)

10. A high profile live vocal performance is definitely needed, espeacially after all the controversay and criticism. she needs to prove she can sing!!!!

11. OVERALL, Britney needs to make herself relevant, current and a trend setter, not folowing others or just going through the motions.

With all the above Britney would have a great chance to be at the top of her game, and retain her crown for another ten years.

CHANGES MUST BE MADE!!!!

I completly agree with everything ^^^^

She so needs to do the chat show circut again I miss seeing her on chat shows, Agree with your American ideas and for UK shows I say Jonathan Ross, Chatty Man, Even small shows like This Morning, GMTV etc will help push promo and sales and I agree she needs to hire back Wade Robson that guy knew how to work britney I mean she's recently been lacking umph' in her performances and thus isn't down to she can't dance anymore as she can it's the cheographers.

And also yeah we need another heart soft ballad like everytime and she should song it Live, and she should perform on VMAs with a big production and shake of the VMA 07 performance for good.

Also she should do magazines definately do FHM or something cause I don't care what anyone says britney is one of the worlds sexiest pop stars about and it be good to raunch up her image again and sex sells lol

I just really really hope Jve buck up there ideas and make britneys 7th album her best and promote it like there's no tommorow as it's been proven with Circus no promo = Flop singles etc.

I know her next album is just going to be fab. I hope she does what she did with Womanizer and work with new producers. As much as Timberland annoys me, I think he could produce something really good with Britney.

I do think she will tour, its what she loves to do and especially since her children are at the age to go to the shows and see what she does on stage.

I 100% agree, as good as Circus done she needed to do more Promo. A tours brilliant and everything but she really should of went on chat shows and performed more. Aside from her fans, not a lot of people even knew about the release of IUSA and Radar.

Blackout was Britney at her best imo, but the only album of hers not to go to #1 in the US. Shame..

Still reached NO.2 though that's fantastic considering she did no promo what's so ever apart from that 'VMA' performance
