Scenario: Go to Guide, select News, select List View
Result: List view did not appear and everything locked up.
Fix: Switch off and on at the back.
The first time this happened I was also recording a News channel.
I tried again but without a recording. Same result.
That was last night. I didn't try any more experiments while the TV was being used.
This afternoon I tried my usual method of going into the guide via All Channels. List View was available as expected. I haven't tried again to go in via News or some other genre. I'll try again in a bit to see whether this was just a one off.
Anyone else experienced this?
(I did experience one lock-up during the previous software version. In that case I had two simultaneous recordings and one was non-terminating. I gather there was also a scenario in the previous version where switching to a radio channel during a double recording could cause a lock-up.)
