The concensus - Foxsat HDR - Restore factory settings after upgrade!
Just thought i'd collate the fact from separate threads that restoring factory settings after upgrading has made a positive difference to 3 issues being separately discussed...
1) the "Green Screen" problem - appears to be resolved after restoring factory settings 2) boot time - improved by almost 50% ![]() 3) SD <> HD channel switching - much faster in certain configurations (well mine anyway )HTH! |

I've never suffered from 1 or 3 (I virtually never watch live), but my boot time is approximately half what it was without doing a factory reset.

I have a number of issues with green screen - just what the downside of a factory reset is:
- Cancels all scheduled recordings? - Have to rescan for channels - Have to set up favourites again Most importantly - are any recordings lost? Thanks |
